تأثیر زوال بر غلظت عناصر شیمیایی چوب درختان زوال‏‌یافته و سالم بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl)

چکیده

شیمی درختی، علم تجزیه‌وتحلیل عناصر حلقه‌های درختی است که به شناسایی تغییرات بیوشیمیایی یک درخت در واکنش به تغییرات محیطی می‌پردازد. به‌منظور بررسی تغییر غلظت عناصر شیمیایی موجود در چوب درختان زوال‏‌یافته بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl) نسبت به درختان سالم، سه اصله درخت سالم و سه اصله درخت زوال‏‌یافته در جنگل مله‌شبانان شهرستان خرم‌‏آباد قطع و از هر پایه، یک عدد دیسک تهیه شد. سپس، حلقه‌‏های رویشی مربوط به 35 سال منتهی به سال قطع هر درخت به‌صورت سه قطعه پنج‌ساله و دو قطعه ده‌ساله برش داده شد. پس از عصاره‌گیری به‌روش هضم مرطوب با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی، غلظت عناصر شیمیایی اندازه‏‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت پتاسیم در چوب درختان زوال‏‌یافته بیشتر از سالم بود، در حالی‌که غلظت کلسیم و مس در چوب درختان سالم بیشتر از زوال‏‌یافته بود. نسبت غلظت سدیم و کلسیم به پتاسیم در درختان دو جامعه، تفاوت معنی‏‌داری داشت. همبستگی بین غلظت عناصر و رویش شعاعی درختان سالم معنی‌‏دار نبود، در حالی‌که در درختان زوال‏‌یافته بین غلظت عناصر کلسیم و سرب با رویش شعاعی، همبستگی منفی و معنی‏‌دار وجود داشت. با توجه ‌به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این پژوهش، به‌نظر می‌رسد که از میان عوامل متعدد بروز پدیده زوال، تأثیر عوامل آب‏‌و‏هوایی بیشتر باشد.

چکیده [English]

Dendrochemistry is the science of analyzing the elements of tree rings that identify the biochemical changes of a tree under environmental changes. In order to investigate the change in the concentration of some of the chemical elements in the wood of declined trees compared to healthy ones, three healthy and declined Brant`s oak (Quercus brantii Lindl.) trees in forests close to Khorramabad were cut and a disk was prepared from each tree. Then the vegetative rings of the last 35 years were cut into three five-years and two 10-years-old cuttings and extracted by the wet digestion method and the concentration chemical elements were measured using the atomic absorption apparatus. The results showed that potassium concentration in the wood of declined trees was higher than healthy ones while calcium and copper concentrations in the wood of healthy trees were less. Also, the ratio of sodium and calcium to potassium concentration in the trees of the two communities was significantly different. Correlation between elemental concentration and radial growth of healthy trees was not significant, whereas in declined trees there was a negative and significant correlation between calcium and lead content and radial growth. According to the results, the effect of climatic factors seems to be the most effective among several factors.
