بررسی یکنواختی رشد و تأثیر عملیات کف‌بر کردن در رشد کلن‌های مختلف صنوبر در خزانه‌های سلکسیون

چکیده

در این‌ تحقیق 52 کلن صنوبر بومی و غیربومی در طی چهار سال در خزانه‌های آزمایشی با توجه به متغیرهایی نظیرتأثیر عملیات کف‌بر کردن بر رشد نهال‌ها، اندازه‌گیری رشد نهال در سنین مختلف (1/1،2/1و 3/2 ساله) و یکنواختی رشد نهال‌ها، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نهال‌های موجود از طریق قلمه و در فواصل 30×120 سانتی‌متر تولید و پس از طی اولین دوره رشد و کف‌بر کردن در سال‌های بعد نهال‌های 2/1 (ریشه دوساله، ساقه یکساله) و 3/2 ساله (ریشه سه‌ساله، ساقه دوساله) جهت انجام بررسی تولید گردیدند. کلن‌های موجود از چهار گونه P.nigra،P.deltoids,P.euramericana,P.alba به‌ترتیب با 27، 14، 7 و 4 کلن انتخاب گردیده بودند. بررسی این خصوصیات به‌منظور مقدمه بررسی‌های بعدی در خصوص صنوبر، تولید نهال مناسب صنوبر جهت استفاده و توسعه صنوبرکاری‌ها با هدف افزایش تولید چوب و کاهش واردات چوب و ایجاد اشتغال در بخش‌ها و صنایع وابسته بوده است. در تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از نرم‌افزار SPSS و مقایسه میانگین‌ها (One-Way) و آزمون دانکن استفاده گردیده است. از لحاظ یکنواختی رشد میان کلن‌های مختلف، اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشته و عملیات کف‌بر کردن نیز تأثیر زیادی بر افزایش رشد و یکنواختی نهال‌ها در کلن‌های مختلف داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of bottom cutting on seedlings growth and to measure seedlings growth at different ages (1/1, 1/2 and 2/3 years) and their growth uniformity. For this reason 52 clones of native and axotic Populus species were planted in an experimental nursery. The seedlings were propagated by cutting method and planted at 120 × 30 cm space. The seedlings were cut at the second year of nursery plantation and their growth parameterrs were measurrd at end of the second and the third years growth period. The species were P. nigra, P. alba, P. euramericana and P. deltoides and their clones number were 27, 14, 7 and 4, respectively. The SPSS computer program and the T-Test method (Duncans Multiple Range Test) were applied for data statistical analysis. The effects of bottom cutting on seedlings growth increment and uniformity were significant. there was significant different between the seedlings growth in different clones.
