مقایسه سودآوری صنوبرکاری باکلن 55/69 دلتوئیدس و شالیکاری (مطالعه موردی: بخش ضیابر استان گیلان)

چکیده

در سالهای اخیر عده‌ای از کشاورزان در استان گیلان اقدام به کشت صنوبر به‌عنوان جایگزین کشت برنج می‌کنند. هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی اقتصادی صنوبرکاری و مقایسه آن با کشت برنج در استان گیلان می‌باشد. به‌منظور انجام این پژوهش، داده‌های مربوط به هزینه‌ها و درآمدهای شالیکاری و صنوبرکاری برای یک دوره 8 ساله از طریق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. برای ارزیابی اقتصادی بین این دو نوع کاربری، سود خالص سالیانه محاسبه شد. بدین جهت درآمد حاصل از برداشت نهایی درختان صنوبر در سال هشتم از هزینه‌های صنوبر‌کاری و هزینه‌های سالیانه کشت کسر و سود خالص سالیانه بدست آمد. سپس نتایج آن با سود خالص سالیانه حاصل از شالیکاری به‌ازای هر هکتار مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که درآمد خالص حاصل از صنوبرکاری تقریباً بیش از دو برابر شالیکاری است

چکیده [English]

Recently, local farmers prefer to convert their paddy field to poplar plantation in the Guilan province. The aim of this research was economically evaluation of poplar plantation compare to paddy field in the Guilan province. In order to fulfill this project, cost and revenue data of plantation and paddy field has been collected via questionnaire. Net profit has been calculated for plantation and paddy field during 8 years. Revenue obtained from final harvesting has discounted from plantation and annual cost, and then the result was compared with annual net profit of paddy field per hectare. The results indicated that annual net profit of plantation is almost two times more than paddy field.
