Since human continuance is closely related with the plants’ survival, different effects of pollution on plants can affect green areas and vegetation management and preservation in urban zones. Therefore, this study was carried out to define the effects of urban pollutant gases (SO2, NO2 and O3) on quantitative characteristics of round-leaf ash (Fraxinus rotundifolia Mill.) in Tehran. The study was carried out in seven municipal districts of Tehran, which were selected to include the wide spectrum of climatic conditions and contrasted levels of air pollution within the city. Quantitative characteristics including leaf area, specific leaf area, wet and dry weight, leaf toughness and thickness and water content percentage were studied by means of correlation analysis and t- test. The correlation results showed that increasing air pollution results in decreasing dry and wet weights and leaf area. Amongst the seven studied districts, the analysis revealed that Azadi and Sorkhehesar areas were associated with significant differences in pollution and non-significant differences in soil and climate. Our study indicated that all of the characteristics are significantly different in two areas. Furthermore, the quantities of all parameters except leaf thickness significantly decreased in more polluted areas.  }, keywords = {Air pollution,Leaf area,leaf thickness,Sorkhehesar,urban green space}, title_fa = {تأثیرپذیری متغیرهای کمی برگ زبان‌گنجشک (Fraxinus rotundifolia) از برخی آلاینده‌های شهری}, abstract_fa = {آلودگی هوا و گاز‌‌های آلوده‌کننده به‌عنوان یکی از عامل‌های تهدیدکننده و تأثیرگذار بر سلامتی انسان‌ها و گیاهان در شهرها به‌شمار می‌آیند. از آن‌جایی‌‌که زندگی انسان‌ها در گرو زنده‌مانی و پایداری گیاهان است، بررسی اثرات مختلف آلودگی که به اشکال مختلف در گیاهان بروز می‌کند و می‌تواند در مدیریت و حفظ فضای سبز و پوشش گیاهی مناطق شهری تأثیرگذار باشد، الزامیست. پژوهش پیش‌رو با هدف بررسی اثر گازهای آلاینده شهری شامل NO2، SO2 و O3 بر متغیرهای کمی برگ زبان‌گنجشک (Fraxinus rotundifolia Mill.) در تهران انجام شد. هفت منطقه مطالعاتی با توجه به ویژگی‌های ارتفاعی، ایستگاه‌های سنجش آلودگی هوا و هواشناسی انتخاب شده و متغیرهای سطح برگ، سطح ویژه برگ، وزن تر و خشک، درصد رطوبت برگ، کشش برگ و ضخامت برگ گیاه اندازه‌گیری شدند. بررسی داده‌های کمی با استفاده از آنالیز همبستگی و t مستقل انجام شد. نتایج همبستگی بیانگر کاهش مقدار وزن خشک و سطح برگ با افزایش آلودگی بود. در بین هفت منطقه مطالعاتی، بررسی‌ها حاکی از تفاوت معنی‌دار آلودگی و عدم تفاوت معنی‌دار پارامتر‌های اقلیم و خاک بین دو منطقه آزادی و سرخه‌حصار بود. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش آلودگی همه متغیر‌های کمی برگ دارای تفاوت معنی‌دار شدند و مقادیر تمامی پارامتر‌ها به‌جز ضخامت برگ در منطقه آلوده‌تر نسبت به منطقه دیگر کمتر بود.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی هوا,ضخامت برگ,سرخه‌حصار,سطح برگ,فضای سبز شهری}, url = {https://ijfpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_109772.html}, eprint = {https://ijfpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_109772_183d373569b3e452fd8fe9622ee90b0c.pdf} }
