Plant production decreases in areas containing saline soils or irrigated with saline water. Because most soils in arid and semiarid areas are alkaline and saline and Populus euphratica Oliv is a well-adapted plant in such soils, identification of its tolerance salinity is very import, particularly in Iran. In order to evaluate the effect of salinity on growth and chemical composition of leaves, stems and roots, a glasshouse trial was conducted, using statistical design of randomized complete blocks (RCBD) with three replicates. The rooted cuttings of P. euphratica were inserted in Hogland soil-less culture and after 15 days were treated with five leaves of NaCl and CaCl2 (0, 0.27, 0.54, 0.81 and 1.08% or 1.3, 6.1, 10.5, 13.5 and 18 ds/m) at 4: 5 ratio, respectively. The measured variables were survival, leaf appearace, height, leaf number and area, dry weight of leaves, stem and roots, and percentage of Na+, Cl -, Ca++, Mg++, K+ and N - at leaves, stem and roots. The results showed that salinity did not significantly affect leaf and stem dry weight at 6 ds/m of salinity but over 6 ds/m the root dry weight decreased significantly. Althoush leaf number decreased significantly by increase in saline levels, but root dry weight and seedling's height have not been influenced by salinity, significantly. Increase in saline levels, increased N- and K+ in leaves and Na+, K+, Mg++ and Cl- in branches. The root elements have not been influenced by salinity, except Cl-.}, keywords = {Salinity,Growth,Populus euphratica,calcium chlorid,sodium chlorid}, title_fa = {اثر غلظت‌های مختلف نمکهای کلرور سدیم و کلرورکلسیم بر رشد و درصد عناصر برگ، شاخه و ریشه پده (Populus euphratica (Olive}, abstract_fa = {شوری عامل محدود کننده تولید محصولات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در دنیا می‌باشد. رشد و تولید محصول در خاکهای شور یا خاکهایی که با آب شور آبیاری می‌شوند به‌صورت مشخص کاهش می‌یابد، از آنجایی که بیشتر خاکها را در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک خاکهای شور و قلیا تشکیل می‌دهند و پده یکی از گیاهان سازگار در این مناطق است، تعیین درجه مقاومت به شوری آن دارای اهمیت می‌باشد که حداقل در ایران به‌صورت دقیق حد تحمل به شوری این گیاه مشخص نشده است. به همین منظور در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و در شرایط گلخانه قلمه‌های پده تحت تأثیر ترکیبی از غلظت‌های مختلف نمک در محیط آبکشت قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای شوری با افزایش مقادیر مختلف از نمکهای کلرور سدیم و کلرور کلسیم به نسبت 4:5 در محلول غذایی محیط ریشه به میزان (27/0 ، 54/0 81/0، و 08/1 درصد) که برابر با 3/1، 1/6، 5/10، 5/13 و 18 دسی زیمنس بر متر است اعمال گردید. زنده‌مانی قلمه‌های پده، وضع ظاهری برگها و شاخص‌های رشد، شامل تعداد برگ، سطح برگ، ارتفاع، وزن خشک (برگ، ساقه و ریشه) همچنین درصد عناصر سدیم، کلر، کلسیم، منیزیم، پتاسیم و ازت در برگ، ساقه و ریشه و در تیمارهای متفاوت شوری اندازه‌گیری گردید. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که وزن خشک برگها و وزن خشک ساقه تا 6 دسی زیمنس بر متر تحت تأثیر شوری قرار نگرفت و با افزایش غلظت نمکها در محیط ریشه، کاهش معنی‌دار داشتند. تعداد برگ نیز تحت تاثیر شوری کاهش معنی‌دار داشت، در حالی که وزن خشک ریشه و ارتفاع نهالها تغییری نداشتند. با افزایش غلظت نمکها در محیط ریشه، درصد ازت و پتاسیم برگها و درصد سدیم، پتاسیم، منیزیم و کلر شاخه‌ها افزایش یافت. در ریشه به جز کلر که با افزایش شوری افزایش داشت بقیه عناصر تحت تأثیر شوری قرار نگرفتند.}, keywords_fa = {ازت,پده,پتاسیم,رشد,کلرورکلسیم,کلرور سدیم}, url = {https://ijfpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_108348.html}, eprint = {https://ijfpr.areeo.ac.ir/article_108348_12f399023b40ab409e348fa8c95db5d8.pdf} }
