اثر زمان لایه‌گذاری بذرهای ون (Fraxinus excelsior) بر ویژگی‌های رویشی و شیمیایی نونهال‌ها

چکیده

لایه‌گذاری سرد به شکل گسترده‌­ای برای شکست خواب بذر ون (Fraxinus excelsior L.) استفاده می‌­شود. در این پژوهش اثر دو تیمار از نونهال­‌های تولید شده با بذرهای ون یک‌­ساله و دوساله در ماسه مرطوب (جهت حفظ رطوبت مورد نیاز بذر برای جوانه­‌زنی) با سه تکرار در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی در نمونه‌­هایی به ابعاد یک متر مربع در هر کرت انجام شد. برخی از صفات کمی و ظاهری نونهال­‌ها (ابعاد برگ، ساقه، ریشه، تاج و زی‌توده) و مشخصات شیمیایی برگ (کربن آلی، نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و نسبت کربن به نیتروژن) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تراکم نهال مربوط به تیمار بذرهای ون دوساله (میانگین 67/157 اصله در متر مربع) به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از نونهال­‌های با تیمار یک­ساله (میانگین 61/67 اصله در متر مربع) بود. همچنین، بین دو تیمار مدت زمان لایه­‌گذاری از نظر صفات رویشی قطر یقه، قطر تاج، ارتفاع تاج، ارتفاع کل، طول ریشه، وزن خشک برگ و سطح مخصوص برگ گیاه اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت و مقدار آن در تیمار لایه­‌گذاری دوساله بیشتر بود. بین مشخصه‌­های کربن آلی، پتاسیم، فسفر و نسبت کربن به نیتروژن، فقط پتاسیم اختلاف معنی­‌داری بین دو تیمار لایه‌­گذاری نشان داد و در تیمار لایه­‌گذاری دوساله بیشتر بود. به‌طور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تولید نونهال با تیمار بذر ون در بستر ماسه مرطوب به مدت دوسال مناسب‌تر است، بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود برای تولید موفق‌­تر نهال ون در نهالستان‌­ها، روش تیمار بذر ون در بستر ماسه مرطوب به مدت دو سال انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

Cold stratification is widely used to break dormancy of ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) seeds. In this study, two groups of seedlings produced by two treatments of ash seeds, one and two-years cold stratification of seeds were investigated with three replications in a completely randomized design in samples of one m2 per plot. Some quantitative characteristics of seedlings including collar diameter, leaf area, stem length, root length, crown height and its biomass and leaves chemical characteristics including organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and relationship between carbon to nitrogen are examined. The results showed that seedlings density from the two-years old seeds (average of 157.67 seedlings per m2) was significantly higher than that of one-year treatment seeds (average of 61.67 seedlings per m2). Also significant difference between two stratification treatments was recognized for collar diameter, crown diameter, crown height, total height, root length and leaf area index; which were higher values in two years’ cold stratification treatment. Among the chemical characteristics of leaves, only potassium content showed significant difference which was higher in the two years’ cold stratification treatment. In general, we conclude that cold stratification on seed of ash for two years ensure the successful production of ash seedlings in nurseries.
