تأثیر آشفتگی بر تنوع گیاهی و گونه های مهاجم در بلوطستان های غرب ایران (مطالعه موردی: جنگل دالاب ایلام)
چکیده ترکیب و تنوع گونهای جوامع گیاهی در طول زمان با تغییر شرایط محیطی، واکنش عوامل زنده و افزایش گونههای مهاجم در اثر آشفتگیهای انسانی یا طبیعی، تغییر میکند. بنابراین اندازهگیری تنوع گونهای میتواند در تجزیه و تحلیل آشفتگی و مدیریت اکوسیستمها مفید باشد. تودههای بلوط موجود در پارک دالاب که در 25 کیلومتری شمالغرب شهرستان ایلام واقع شدهاند، با دارا بودن رژیمهای مختلف آشفتگی، برای بررسی تنوع گونهای و تهاجم گونههای گیاهی انتخاب شد. تأثیر عوامل آشفتگی موجود شامل «چرای دام» و «آتشسوزی» بر پوشش گیاهی اجتماعات بلوط، در مقایسه با مناطق بدون آشفتگی بررسی گردید. اطلاعات مربوط به پوشش گیاهی، خاک و سایر متغیرهای محیطی در آشفتگیهای مختلف در قالب 77 قطعه نمونه و بهصورت تصادفی برداشت شد. اندازه قطعات نمونه 16×16 متری برای گونههای درختی و درختچهای و ابعاد 1×1 متری برای گونههای علفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بهطوریکه مساحت قطعات نمونه با استفاده از روش حداقل سطح و براساس تکنیک قطعات نمونه حلزونی و منحنی سطح- گونه تعیین شد؛ و از روش پلاتهای تودرتوی ویتاکر برای ثبت گونههای علفی استفاده شد. برای طبقهبندی پوشش گیاهی از روش تجزیه و تحلیل دوطرفه گونههای شاخص، برای تعیین گونههای معرف هر کلاس از آنالیز گونههای شاخص، برای مشخص کردن ارتباط گروههای گیاهی با عوامل مختلف مورد بررسی از روش رستهبندی تحلیل تطبیقی متعارفی و برای ارزیابی تنوع گونهای از شاخصهای عددی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که آشفتگی بر ترکیب و تنوع گونهای این جنگلها تأثیر گذاشته و طبقههای آشفتگی «چرای دام» و «آتشسوزی» در کنار عوامل خاکی و پستی بلندی بهعنوان تأثیرگذارترین عوامل بر ترکیب گیاهی شناخته شدند. آتشسوزی منجر به تغییر پوششگیاهی به سمت گونههای یکساله و فرصتطلب، مانند Coronilla scorpoides، Torilis leptophylla، Boissiera squarrosa، Taeniatherum crinitum،Onopordon carduchorum، Cirsium spectabile، Eryngium billardieri، Gundelia tournefortii و Carduus pycnocephalus و چرای دام بهطور عمده سبب افزایش فراوانی گونههای غیرخوشخوراک و مقاوم به چرای دام و کوبیدگی خاک مانند Bromus tectorum، Picnomon acarna، Stellaria media، Rochelia disperma، Holesteum umbellatum، Euphorbia macroclada، Turgenia latifolia، Rhagadiolus angulosus و Valerianella vesicaria شده است. مناطقی با طبقه آشفتگی چرای متوسط دام و فاقد آَشفتگی، بالاترین مقدار غنا و تنوع گونهای و طبقه آشفتگی چرای شدید و سبک دام، کمترین غنا و تنوعگونهای را داشتند، این موضوع منطبق با تئوری آشفتگی متوسط است.

بررسی سازگاری و تولید ارقام مختلف صنوبر تاجباز (Populus sp.) در پوپولتوم مقایسهای سنندج
چکیده این آزمایش با کاشت 10 کلن تاجباز صنوبر از سال 1380 بهمدت هفت سال در اراضی حاشیه رودخانه قشلاق سنندج با هدف بررسی سازگاری و تولید چوب آنها اجرا گردید. انتقال و کاشت نهال کلنها با فاصله 4×4 متر و بهصورت گروهی در قالب طرح آزمایشی بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در فروردینماه سال 1381 انجام گردید. عملیات داشت ازجمله آبیاری، وجین، هرس و غیره بهصورت یکنواخت برای کلنها در مزرعه اعمال شد. اندازهگیری صفات مورد بررسی شامل قطر برابرسینه و ارتفاع طی سالهای بررسی انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد که سهم سالهای اول و دوم پس از کاشت در رشد قطری، ارتفاعی و حجمی تراکمی ناچیز و سالهای مذکور مرحله استقرار نسبی نهال بوده است. میانگین صفات قطر تنه، ارتفاع و حجم در هکتار کلنها در پایان سال 1386 بهترتیب 69/18 سانتیمتر، 51/11 متر و 88/109 مترمکعب در هکتار بود. تجزیه واریانس سالانه بیانگر وجود اختلاف بسیار معنیدار در بین کلنها از لحاظ کلیه صفات مورد بررسی و در تمام سالها بود. نتیجه مقایسه میانگین صفات مورد بررسی با آزمون دانکن (01/0 p≤) نشان داد که در پایان سال 1386 سه رقم صنوبر تاجباز Populus euramericana 561/41، P. deltoides 63/2 و P. deltoides 63/1 بهترتیب با میانگین قطر برابرسینه 05/22، 44/21 و 60/20 سانتیمتر، ارتفاع 68/12، 67/12 و 75/12 متر و میانگین رویش حجمی سالانه در هر هکتار برابر 50/26، 70/24 و 66/23 مترمکعب با درصد تلفات کمتر ناشی از تنش خشکی، وضعیت شادابی عمومی خوب تا عالی، میزان آلودگی به آفات (در شرایط غیرتنشی) بسیار کم و تنه عمدتاً صاف و یک یا دو شاخه، بهعنوان کلنهای با عملکرد بالا از لحاظ تولید چوب و سازگار در شرایط مشابه سنندج معرفی میشوند.

چکیده این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین عاملهای فیزیوگرافی و برخی از مهمترین ویژگیهای اندازهای درختان و ساختار جنگل در جنگلهای آرمرده بانه در استان کردستان انجام شد. بدین منظور اثر سه مشخصه شیب (پنج طبقه)، جهت جغرافیایی (چهار جهت اصلی) و ارتفاع از سطح دریا (چهار طبقه) بر ویژگیهای اندازهای درختان شامل قطر برابرسینه، ارتفاع و مساحت تاج و ویژگیهای ساختاری جنگل در سطح یکانهای فیزیوگرافیک شامل تعداد در هکتار، منحنی پراکنش قطری و رویه زمینی بررسی شد. تعداد 77 قطعه نمونه دایرهای 10 آری با روش منظم تصادفی در جنگلهای منطقه مورد بررسی، برداشت و با استفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. ابعاد درختان بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر عاملهای فیزیوگرافی تغییر کردند. بهطوریکه قطورترین و بلندترین درختان با تاج بزرگتر در شیبهای کم، جهتهای شرقی و شمالی و ارتفاع از سطح دریای بالاتر قرار داشتند. تجزیه و تحلیل اثرهای متقابل نشاندهنده اهمیت عامل شیب در بروز بیشتر ویژگیهای اندازهای درختان بود. الگوهای پراکنش قطری در همه موقعیتهای فیزیوگرافیک زنگولهای شکل نامتقارن، چوله به راست و تعداد کم پایهها در طبقههای قطری جوان بیانگر ضعف تجدیدحیات گذشته در آنها بود. این منحنیها در شیبها و ارتفاعهای متوسط و دامنههای شمالی وضعیت مناسبتری را نشان دادند. شاخصهای تراکم (تعداد در هکتار و رویه زمینی) نیز در همین مناطق بهترین حالت خود را داشتند. البته دامنههای جنوبی و کمشیب از نظر تعداد درخت در هکتار و رویه زمینی وضعیت نامناسبی داشتند که پیشنهاد میشود در طرحهای مدیریتی، با اولویت بیشتری مورد توجه قرار گیرند. این پژوهش نشان داد که تفاوت در ترکیب گونهای و دخالتهای انسانی ناشی از تفاوتهای رویشگاهی، منابع اصلی اختلاف ابعاد درختان و ویژگیهای ساختاری جنگل در یکانهای فیزیوگرافی هستند.

بازسازی پالینولوژیک (گرده شناختی) تاریخچه پوشش گیاهی، تغییرات آب و هوایی و فعالیتهای انسان در اواخر هولوسن در منطقه کلاردشت
چکیده این پژوهش پالینولوژیک، با بررسی توربزار تپهکلار، تاریخچه 850 ساله پوشش گیاهی را در منطقه کلاردشت در استان مازندران بازسازی و نقش آب و هوا و انسان را بررسی میکند. نمودار گرده تپهکلار نشان میدهد که پوشش گیاهی منطقه در اثر دخاالتهای انسان و تغییرات آب و هوا، در طول زمان تغییرات قابل توجهی یافته است. راش، ممرز و بلوط همواره فراوانترین درختان در تودههای جنگلی مجاور دشت کلار بودهاند؛ هرچند، بلوط بهدلیل افزایش فعالیتهای انسان در یک تا دو قرن اخیر، کاهش چشمگیری نشان میدهد. گونههایی همانند افرا، زبانگنجشک و ملج نیز در تودههای جنگلی دامنههای مشرف به دشت، حضور داشتهاند. بهطوریکه در دشتهای همجوار تپهکلار، توسکا و لرگ گاهی بهفراوانی میروییدند، ولی انسان با تغییر ویژگیهای هیدرولوژیک منطقه، بهویژه زهکشی اراضی مرطوب، موجب کاهش قابلتوجه توسکا و حذف لرگ شده است. البته کاهش اصلی لرگ در حدود 700 تا 800 سال پیش، در پژوهشهای گردهشناسی مشابه در بخش مرکزی جنگلهای هیرکانی و نیز منطقه کولشیس در غرب گرجستان نیز ثبت شده که با توجه به همزمانی این دوره با پدیده آب و هوایی موسوم به بینظمی اقلیمی سدههای میانی، احتمالا منشأ اقلیمی نیز داشته است. وجود گردههای نشاندهنده حضور انسان در منطقه، همانند گردو و گندم، در طول دوره مورد بررسی، گویای سکونت انسان در منطقه از حداقل 850 سال پیش است. باوجوداین، در 300 تا 400 سال اخیر نقش انسان در تغییر پوشش گیاهی و کاربری زمین شدت یافته که این امر از افزایش قابل توجه گردههای گیاهان معرف اراضی باز، همانند آقطی، علف هفتبند و بارهنگ برگنیزهای دارد.

تعیین سن بهره برداری اقتصادی صنوبر دلتوئیدس در استان گیلان
هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین سن بهرهبرداری بهینه صنوبر یعنی سنی که در آن مقدار ارزش خالص فعلی جنگلکاری با توجه به قیمت چوب سرپا، درصد سود بانکی و میزان رویش سالیانه به حداکثر برسد، میباشد. دادههای رویش سالیانه، قیمت چوب سرپا و درصد سود بانکی بهمنظور تعیین سن بهرهبرداری بهینه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. ابتدا مدل رویش صنوبر برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین مدل رویش صنوبر دلتوئیدس براساس رویش سالیانه در هکتار و حجم در هکتار، یک تابع درجه دوم با سطح احتمال پنج درصد و بهترین مدل رویش حجمی براساس سن و حجم، یک تابع درجه سوم با سطح احتمال پنج درصد میباشد. سپس با استفاده از یک مدل خود کاهشی، معادله قیمت چوب سرپای صنوبردلتوئیدس برآورد شد. در نهایت با استفاده از مدلهای رویش و قیمت، سن بهرهبرداری بهینه صنوبر دلتوئیدس بهازای مقادیر مختلف سود بانکی و تراکمهای مختلف جنگلکاری بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که سن برداشت بهینه صنوبر دلتوئیدس در استان گیلان در فواصل کاشت مختلف و بهازای سودهای مختلف بانکی بین 8 تا 25 سال تغییر میکند.

بررسی اجرای عملیات پرورشی تنک کردن در تودههای دستکاشت پلت (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای چوب و کاغذ مازندران)
پلت یکی از گونه های بومی ایران است که در اغلب جنگلکاریها بهصورت تککشتی و یا آمیخته با دیگر گونه ها کشت میشود. انجام عملیات پرورشی در چنین تودههایی موجب تقویت تولید و اصلاح کمی و کیفی توده در حیات طولانی جنگل میگردد. در همین راستا این تحقیق روی دو توده پلت واقع در طرح جنگلداری برنجستانک (قطعه دخالت نشده) و چایباغ (قطعه دخالت شده) در محدوده طرحهای جنگلداری چوب و کاغذ مازندران که در سال 1370 جنگلکاری شده بودند، انجام شد. با استفاده از روش آماربرداری تصادفی سیستماتیک با قطعههای نمونه دایرهای شکل یک آری، تعداد 39 و 33 پلات بهترتیب در قطعههای دخالت شده و دخالت نشده انتخاب و در طبیعت پیاده شدند. سپس در هر پلات مشخصههای کمی و کیفی قطر، ارتفاع، تعداد، کیفیت تنه و وضعیت تاج درختان در دو توده برداشت و در فرمهای مربوطه ثبت گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که متوسط قطر درختان در توده دخالت شده و دخالت نشده بهترتیب 98/19 و 84/13 سانتیمتر و میانگین ارتفاع نیز بهترتیب 32/18 و 46/17 متر بوده است. میانگین سطح مقطع در توده دخالت شده 74/30 مترمربع در هکتار و در توده شاهد 7/15 مترمربع در هکتار محاسبه شد. نتایج حاصل از انجام آزمون آماری T نشان میدهد که بین میزان رویش قطری، حجمی، ارتفاعی، سطح مقطع و ضریب قدکشیدگی بین دو توده در سطح 99 درصد اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. بهلحاظ کیفی نیز توده دخالت شده از پایداری و وضعیت بهتری نسبت به توده دخالت نشده برخوردار بود. انجام آزمون مربع کای در مورد متغیرهای کیفی (کیفیت تنه و تقارن تاج) نیز نشان میدهد که در دو توده در سطح یک درصد اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. ازاینرو، با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده و بهدلیل صرفهجویی در زمان و هزینههای بالای عملیات جنگلکاری و ارتقاء ارزش افزوده محصولات با تولید چوبهای مرغوب و بدون عیوب فیزیکی، با تأکید بر پایداری درازمدت تودهها، میتوان اجرای عملیات پرورشی بهموقع و با شدت مناسب را به طراحان و مجریان طرحهای جنگلداری پیشنهاد کرد.

مدلسازی تغییرات گستره جنگل و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک در محیط GIS (بررسی موردی: حوضههای آبخیز واز و لاویج)
تخریب گستره جنگل و تبدیل آن به عرصههای مرتعی، کشاورزی، شهری و روستایی، هر ساله در سطح وسیعی انجام میشود که خسارتهای فروانی به منابع طبیعی وارد میکند. در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک، به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در تخریب گستره جنگلی و پهنهبندی احتمال وقوع این تخریب در حوضههای آبخیز واز و لاویج پرداخته شد. آشکارسازی تغییرات کاربری اراضی طی دوره زمانی 1367 تا 1385 با استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست نشان داد که مساحت اراضی جنگلی دو حوضه از 97/81 درصد در سال 1367 به 43/77 درصد در سال 1385 کاهش یافته است. در ادامه، لایههای فاصله از روستا، فاصله از آبراهه، فاصله از جاده و شیب بهعنوان متغیر مستقل و لایه تغییر کاربری اراضی (تخریب گستره جنگلی) بهعنوان متغیر وابسته، در مدل وارد شدند. اجرای مدل رگرسیون لجستیک در دو حالت متغیرهای مستقل گسسته و متغیرهای مستقل پیوسته انجام شد. ضرایب بدستآمده از اجرای مدل در حالت گسسته، نشاندهنده احتمال وقوع بیشتر تخریب گستره جنگلی در فاصله 0 تا 100 متری از روستا میباشد. اجرای مدل در حالت پیوسته نیز، ارتباط منفی متغیر وابسته را با متغیرهای مستقل نشان میدهد. در نهایت، برمبنای ضریبهای بدستآمده، نقشه پهنهبندی احتمال تخریب گستره جنگلی در حوضههای مورد بررسی در پنج رده احتمال تخریب بسیار بالا، بالا، متوسط، پایین و بسیار پایین تهیه شد. با توجه به نتایج اجرای مدل در حالت گسسته، 06/11 درصد از مجموع مساحت دو حوضه در رده با احتمال تخریب بسیار بالا قرار میگیرد.

طبقهبندی تراکم تاجپوشش جنگلهای خزری با استفاده از مدل FCD (مطالعه موردی: حوضه شفارود گیلان)
تهیه نقشه جنگلها، بهویژه در مناطق کوهستانی مشکل و پرهزینه است. برای این منظور استفاده از دادههای ماهوارهای راه حل مناسبی بهنظر میرسد. در این بررسی از دادههای سنجنده Landsat ETM+ برای تهیه نقشه طبقهبندی تراکم تاجپوشش جنگل با استفاده از مدل FCD در حوضه شفارود گیلان استفاده شده است. نقشه تراکم جنگل با استفاده از طبقههای تراکم تاجپوشش 25-5، 50-25، 75-50 و 100-75 درصد و یک طبقه فاقد جنگل (بایر) تهیه شد. در روش تهیه نقشه تاجپوشش جنگل با استفاده از مدل FCD، بر روی تصاویر Landsat ETM+ از چهار شاخص پوشش گیاهی، خاک، سایه و شاخص حرارتی با اعمال حد آستانه مناسب استفاده شد و بعد شاخص سایه پیشرفته و شاخص سایه هممقیاس شده، محاسبه گردید. سپس شاخص تراکم گیاهی و نقشه انبوهی تاجپوشش گیاهی بر مبنای مدل FCD برحسب درصد بدست آمد. بهمنظور برآورد صحت نقشه طبقهبندی شده تراکم جنگل، یک نقشه واقعیت زمینی بهصورت صددرصد با استفاده از ارتوفتوموزاییک عکسهای هوایی منطقه و ترسیم شبکه میلیمتری به ابعاد 10×10 میلیمتر و بزرگنمایی مناسب عکسها تهیه شد. تصویر حاصل با استفاده از روش حداکثر احتمال، طبقهبندی شد و صحت کلی و ضریب کاپای آن بهترتیب 71 درصد و 61/0 بدست آمد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که نقشه حاصل از مدل FCD با استفاده از دادههای ETM+ با واقعیت زمینی نزدیک است و با بررسی ماتریس خطا در کلیه هفت مرحله محاسبه FCD، عدم توانایی مدل در ارائه تاجپوششهای میانی تنک و نیمهانبوه مشهود میباشد. درحالیکه بعکس تاجپوششهای بالا و نیز مناطق فاقد تاجپوشش و یا دارای تاجپوشش بسیار تنک (کمتر از 5 درصد)، بهخوبی توسط مدل تشخیص داده میشوند.

بررسی ویژگیهای رویشی و فیزیولوژیک پروونانسهای پده (Populus euphratica) در عرصه شور ایستگاه بیابان گرمسار
گونه پده (Populus euphratica Oliv.) از درختان بومی ایران با گسترش وسیع اکولوژیکی میباشد. از خصوصیات مهم این گونه تحمل آن نسبت به دامنه زیاد دما و شوری خاک است. این گونه بهدلیل مقاومت به شرایط اقلیمی گرم و خشک و شوری خاک از قابلیتهای بسیار بالایی برای توسعه جنگلکاری و فضای سبز در مناطق بیابانی برخوردار است. این بررسی با هدف ارزیابی ویژگیهای رویشی، مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک پروونانسهای مختلف پده بهمنظور معرفی مناسبترین آنها برای کشت در اراضی شور و بیابانی انجام شد. تعداد 16 پروونانس پده با مبدأهای مختلف جغرافیایی که در ایستگاه بیابان گرمسار در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1390 کاشته شده بودند، انتخاب شد. نمونهبرداری از برگ تیمارهای مختلف برای اندازهگیری کلروفیلa و b، کاروتنوئیدها، قند، پرولین و پروتئین کل انجام گردید. همچنین ویژگیهای رویشی شامل قطر یقه، ارتفاع نهال، سطح ویژه برگ و ماده خشک برگ نیز اندازهگیری گردید. آنالیز واریانس ویژگی فیزیولوژیک برگ اختلاف معنیداری را برای مشخصههای پرولین، کلروفیلa، کلروفیلb، کاروتنوئید، قند و پروتئین کل میان پروونانسهای مختلف نشان داد. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که اغلب پروونانسها بهلحاظ میزان پرولین در گروه اول قرار داشتند. نتایج گروهبندی ویژگی رویشی نشان داد که پروونانسهای گلستان، خجیر، کرمان، زابل، کاشان و دزفول از رشد قطری (95/1-15/1 سانتیمتر) و ارتفاعی (51/1-15/1 متر) مناسبی برخوردار بوده و بهلحاظ آماری همگی در یک گروه قرار گرفتند. همچنین شوری خاک روی رشد ارتفاع اثر منفی داشت. در نهایت پروونانسهای معرفی شده برای توسعه جنگلکاری و فضای سبز منطقه، مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت.

اثر تاریخ کاشت و پوشش نهال روی جوانهزنی بذر و کاهش خسارت سرمای دیررس در نهال ون
در چند سال اخیر سرمای دیررس بهاره روی نهالهای گونه ون (Fraxinus excelsior L.) در نهالستانهای کوهستانی خسارت زیادی وارد کرده است. این تحقیق با هدف کاهش خسارت سرمای دیررس بهاره روی نهالهای گونه ون در نهالستان درزیکلای شرکت چوب فریم واقع در کیلومتر 17 جنوب شرقی شهر پلسفید اجرا شد. در این تحقیق دو تیمار پوشش نهال (در دو سطح شامل کرتهای دارای پوشش با نایلون سفید در هنگام سرما و کرتهای بدون پوشش نایلونی) و تاریخ کاشت (در چهار سطح کاشت در هفته اول اسفند، اواسط اسفند، هفته اول فروردین و هفته آخر فروردین) در قالب طرح کرتهای خرد شده با سه تکرار در دو سال متوالی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمار تاریخ کاشت روی جوانهزنی (سبزشدن) بذر ون معنیدار بود (p<0.01)، اما اثر پوشش کرت و اثرهای متقابل پوشش کرت در تاریخ کاشت روی میزان جوانهزنی بذر ون و نیز روی قطر یقه ون معنیدار نبودند. اثر تاریخ کاشت روی ارتفاع نهال ون معنیدار بود (p<0.05). ارتفاع نونهالها پس از کاشت در هفته اول اسفند، بهتدریج افزایش یافت و با کاشت در اوایل فروردین، به بیشترین مقدار خود رسید و دوباره کاهش یافت. اثر پوشش کرت، اثر تاریخ کاشت و اثر متقابل تاریخ کاشت در پوشش کرت روی میزان تلفات ناشی از سرمای دیررس بهاره در نهالهای ون، معنیدار شد (p<0.01). مقدار تلفات نونهالهای ون در کرتهای بدون پوشش 80 درصد و در کرتهای دارای پوشش حدود 20 درصد بوده است. وقتی که روی کرتهای دارای نونهالهای ون پوشش ایجاد شد، تفاوت معنیداری در میزان تلفات ناشی از سرما در تاریخهای مختلف کاشت دیده نشد، اما در کرتهای فاقد پوشش، میزان تلفات بهتدریج با نزدیک شدن تاریخهای کاشت به هفته آخر فروردین، بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. با توجه به بازده تولید نهال و میزان تلفات ناشی از سرما، پیشنهاد میشود بذر ون بعد از یک دوره 12 ماهه استراتیفه سرد، از نیمه دوم اسفند تا نیمه اول فروردین کاشته شود و در اواخر فروردین، نهالها با استفاده از پوشش نایلونی از سرمای احتمالی محافظت شوند.

مقایسه شاخصهای مختلف رشد و تولید بذر در نهالهای دانهرست و قلمهرست هوهوبا
درختچه هوهوبا (Simmondsia chinensis (Link) C. K. Schneid.) یکی از گیاهان بسیار مقاوم به خشکی و مولد دانههای حاوی 50 درصد روغن یا موم مایع (Liquid wax) است که در صنایع داروسازی، مواد و لوازم آرایشی و بهداشتی، تولید روغن خوراکی و غیره مصرف میشود و توانمندی فراوانی دارد. بهمنظور بررسی موفقیت ازدیاد رویشی برای تولید نهالهای همگن و مقایسه با نهالهای بذری، تعدادی قلمه ریشهدار شده یکساله همراه با نهالهای بذری همسال در اسفند 1385 در جهرم کاشته شدند و درصد زندهمانی و شاخصهای مختلف رشد از قبیل ارتفاع، قطر تاج، تعداد شاخهها و مقدار تولید بذر در طول پنج سال اندازهگیری و یادداشتبرداری شده و دادهها توسط نرمافزار SAS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. درصد زندهمانی نهالهای حاصل از قلمههای ریشهدار (قلمهرست) و نهالهای بذری (دانهرست) در پنج سالگی بهترتیب 90 و 82 درصد بود. البته در مقایسه میانگینها بهروش دانکن (پنج درصد)، ارتفاع و قطر تاج نهالهای نر و ماده دانهرست بهطور معنیداری از نهالهای قلمهرست بیشتر بود. همچنین میانگین تعداد شاخههای اصلی نهالهای ماده دانهرست نسبت به نهالهای قلمهرست (نر و ماده) به صورت معنیداری افزایش نشان داد، اما میانگین تعداد بذر در هر پایه از درختچههای قلمهرست بهصورت معنیداری (پنج درصد) بیش از درختچههای دانهرست بود. بهطورکلی از نظر مقاومت به سرما تفاوت معنیداری بین نهالهای دانهرست و قلمهرست مشاهده نشد. بنابراین توصیه میشود در احداث باغ هوهوبا بهمنظور تولید بذر، در کشت آبی و باغبانی از نهالهای قلمهرست و یا ریزازدیادی شده و در توسعه فضای سبز در مناطق خشک، از نهالهای دانهرست استفاده شود.

مقایسة زیستپالایی فلزات سنگین توسط گونههای چوبی مورد استفاده در جنگلداری شهری سنندج
زیست پالایی گیاهی امروزه به عنوان یکی از ارزانترین، پاکترین و کاربردیترین روشها برای کاهش آلودگی فلزات سنگین محیطزیست شناخته شده است. در تحقیق حاضر، بهمنظور بررسی توان زیست پالایی گونه های چوبی مورد استفاده در جنگلداری شهری سنندج، میزان انباشت برخی فلزات سنگین از قبیل سرب، روی، کادمیوم و منگنز در برگ گونههای چنار شرقی، نارون، زبانگنجشک، سرو خمرهای و کاج سیاه کاشته شده در مرکز شهر سنندج (بهعنوان منطقة آلوده) و محوطة دانشگاه کردستان (بهعنوان منطقة شاهد) اندازهگیری شد. همچنین تأثیر این فلزات روی برخی از شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی گونههای مذکور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای انجام این کار از آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایة طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو عامل مکان در دو سطح (منطقة آلوده و منطقة شاهد) و عامل نوع گونه در پنج سطح (سرو خمرهای، کاج سیاه، زبانگنجشک، نارون و چنار شرقی) با پنج تکرار استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده توسط نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد و از آزمون چنددامنهای دانکن برای مقایسة میانگینها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که انباشت سرب، روی و کادمیوم در برگ بیشتر گونهها در منطقة آلوده با اختلاف معنیداری در سطح 95 درصد بیشتر از منطقة شاهد بوده است. در منطقة آلوده بیشترین مقدار انباشت سرب و کادمیوم در سرو خمرهای، روی در زبانگنجشک و منگنز در نارون مشاهده شد. در مقایسه منطقة آلوده با منطقه شاهد، در همه گونهها مقدار کلروفیل کمتر، ولی مقدار پرولین بیشتر از منطقة شاهد بود. همچنین بیشترین مقدار کلروفیل در برگهای چنار شرقی و اسید آمینه و پرولین در نارون مشاهده شد.

اثر تغییرات اقلیمی و محیطی بر بهرهوری اکوسیستمهای جنگلی (مطالعه موردی، گلوگاه)
براساس این بررسی و نتایج حاصل از آن، رهیافت جدیدی در کاربرد روش گاهشناسی درختی در ارزیابی بهرهوری اکوسیستمهای جنگلی بر مبنای پهنای دوایر رویشی گونههای پهنبرگ درختی، بهعنوان اصلیترین عنصر بهرهوری این نوع اکوسیستمها، ارائه شد. در این تحقیق با نمونهبرداری از درختان در ارتفاعات مختلف و تجزیه و تحلیل میزان رشد دوایر رویشی آنها، شرایط رویش و بهرهوری تولیدی آنها و رقابتهای احتمالی موجود بین آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق کاربرد اکولوژیکی گاهشناسی درختی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار داده شده است. نتایج ارائه شده در این تحقیق بخشی از تحقیقات گستردهای است که در حوزه جنگلهای خزری در طول بیش از شش سال (شروع در سال 1384) گذشته با بکارگیری این روش اجرا شده است. گونههای درختی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل راش (Fagus orientalis Lipsky)، بلندمازو (.Quercus castaneaefolia C. A. Mey)، ممرز (Carpinus betulus L)، توسکا (Alnus subcordata) و افرا (Acer Velutinum) در حوزه جنگلی گلوگاه استان مازندران میباشند. ابتدا منطقه جنگلی مورد نظر از طریق جنگلگردشی و بکارگیری نقشههای پوشش گیاهی و پستیبلندی، انتخاب گردید. سپس با تعیین خط پروفیل (ترانسکت)، پایههای درختی در سه سطح ارتفاع از سطح دریا علامتگذاری شدند. نمونهها توسط مته سالسنج از درختان مورد نظر تهیه شدند. در منطقه مورد مطالعه، در طول 54 سال، روند تغییرات میزان مجموع بارش سالیانه، 372 میلیمتر کاهش و روند تغییرات دما، میزان 59/0 درجه سانتیگراد افزایش نشان میدهد. رفتارهای رویشی متفاوت این گونههای درختی و واکنش آنها نسبت به تغییرات اقلیمی و محیطی، بیانکننده تفاوت عملکرد یک گونه معین در مقابل عوامل بیرونی (اقلیمی) و درونی (رقابت) در ارتفاعات مختلف میباشد. سرشت گونهها در بروز این تفاوتها مؤثر هستند. ناگفته نماند که پهنای دوایر رویشی راش در طول 55 سال در ارتفاع پائین کاهش، اما در ارتفاع میانی افزایش یافته، در حالی که در ارتفاع بالا تغییر قابل اشارهای نداشته است.

جمعآوری، شناسایی و ارزیابی مورفولوژیک و فنولوژیک بیدهای استان کردستان
تحقیق حاضر با هدف جمعآوری، شناسایی و ارزیابی مورفولوژیکی و فنولوژیکی بیدهای (Salix spp.) کردستان از سال 1380 بهمدت هفت سال در سنندج اجرا شد. پس از تعیین و ثبت خصوصیات پایههای مادر در رویشگاههای بید استان، قلمه آنها گرفته شد و برای کاشت در کلکسیون، به نهالستان زاله سنندج منتقل شد. عمل جمعآوری تا سه سال (81-1379) ادامه یافت. انتقال نهالهای ریشه و ساقه دو ساله پایهها (از هر پایه نه نهال) به کلکسیون در قالب طرح آماری کاملا تصادفی در نه تکرار در سه سال و در فروردین سالهای 1382 تا 1384 انجام شد. خصوصیات فنولوژیکی پایهها با بازدید منظم ثبت و خصوصیات گیاهشناختی و مورفولوژیکی پایهها در نهالستان و کلکسیون طی آزمایش ارزیابی شد. اندازهگیری رشد قطری و ارتفاعی درختان، هر سال در اوایل آذرماه پس از خزان و از نه واحد هر کرت انجام و ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد که بید تقریباً در تمام نقاط اکولوژیکی استان ازجمله حواشی سکونتگاهها، مزارع، حاشیه رودها، درهها، و بهویژه در حواشی رودخانههای استان رویش دارد. تعداد 65 پایه بید از رویشگاههای متفاوت استان جمعآوری شد که از این تعداد 58 پایه در کلکسیون سنندج مستقر و هفت پایه نیز طی مراحل مختلف حذف شدند. مطابق نتایج، درصد سبزشدن قلمههایی که در اسفند از پایه مادری گرفته شده بود بیشتر از قلمههای اواخر فروردین و اردیبهشت بود. از 57 پایه مستقر و شناسایی شده در کلکسیون، 6/38 درصد بهگونه Salix excelsa، 8/36 درصد به گونه Salix alba، 5/17 درصد به گونه Salix triandra، 3/5 درصد به گونه Salix aegyptica و 7/1 درصد به گونه Salix babylonica تعلق داشت. براساس نتایج، سه گونه S. excelsa، S. alba و S. triandra در مجموع بیش از 90 درصد بیدهای کردستان را تشکیل میدهند. تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که بین پایههای همسال در کلکسیون و میان گونهها و گروههای سنی مختلف، اختلاف معنیداری (0.01 p≤) از لحاظ قطر و ارتفاع وجود دارد. در مجموع میانگین قطر و ارتفاع پایههای هفت ساله متعلق بهگونههای S. excelsa (08/14 سانتیمتر قطر و 9/7 متر ارتفاع) و S. triandra (91/12 سانتیمتر قطر و 09/7 متر ارتفاع) بیشتر از پایههای متعلق بهگونه S. alba (5/12 سانتیمتر قطر و 43/6 متر ارتفاع) بود.
