سیاستگذاری در مدیریت سامانههای اگروفارستری موجود در جنگلهای بانه، زاگرس شمالی
یکی از مهمترین شکلهای بهرهبرداری در جنگلهای زاگرس سیستمهای اگروفارستری است. برای انجام پژوهش پیشرو، سامانهای عرفی گندمان، میرحسام و کوخ مامو از روستاهای توابع بخش آرمرده شهرستان بانه در استان کردستان انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور ارایه سیاستها و برنامهریزی بهرهبرداری از کارکردها و خدمات جنگل، پس از شناسایی دستاندرکاران (ذینفعان) و نظرسنجی از آنها، تحلیل چهارگانه سوآت شامل: قوتها، ضعفها، فرصتها و تهدیدها انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 12 نفر از جوامع محلی و 18 نفر از کارشناسان خبره و صاحبنظر بود. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل سوآت و ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی (SPACE matrix) برای هر سه سیستم اگروفارستری، راهبرد مدیریتی شناسایی شد. نتایج مقایسه نظرات نقشآفرینان در زمینه سیستمهای اگروفارستری نشان داد که جوامع محلی بر اتکا طولانیمدت دام به جنگل (مهمترین ضعف) و عدم سازگاری با برنامههای مدیریت رسمی (مهمترین تهدید) تأکید داشتند و در مقابل کارشناسان (نقشآفرینان غیرمحلی) بر کاهش امکان استقرار زادآوری دانهزاد (مهمترین ضعف) و کاهش تنوع گونههای گیاهی و جانوری (مهمترین تهدید) تأکید داشتند. همچنین نقشآفرینان محلی مهمترین قوت و فرصت سیستمهای اگروفارستری را بهترتیب پذیرش جوامع محلی و کاهش مهاجرت روستا به شهر عنوان کردند. با تحلیل نظرات تمام ذینفعان بومسازگان، راهبرد مدیریتی محافظهکارانه برای سیستمهای اگروفارستری جنگل- زراعی، جنگل– چرایی و جنگل- چرایی- زراعی پیشنهاد شد. برای اجرای راهبرد مدیریتی محافظهکارانه باید با بهکارگیری فرصتها از نقاط ضعف دوری کرد.

تهیه نقشه توزیع مکانی مشخصههای رویشی جنگل با استفاده از روشهای مختلف زمینآمار (مطالعه موردی: سری سه سنگده، ساری)
بررسی توزیع مکانی مشخصههای رویشی درختان در تودههای جنگلی، اهمیت زیادی در برنامهریزی امکان برداشت در مکانهای مختلف بر اساس توان آن مناطق دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، تهیه نقشه توزیع مکانی مشخصههای رویشی تودههای درختی جنگل شامل رویش حجمی، قطری، رشد به داخل و تعیین میزان مرگ و میر درختان در سری سه سنگده برای یک دوره پنجساله بود. دو روش کریجینگ معمولی و معکوس فاصله برای تهیه نقشه و درونیابی استفاده شد. با استفاده از 130 قطعهنمونه دایمی و اندازهگیری مستقیم، مقدار رویش محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که متوسط رویش حجمی، رویش قطری، رشد به داخل و مرگ و میر سالانه بهترتیب 65/5 متر مکعب در هکتار، 48/0 سانتیمتر، 5/3 و 4/2 پایه در هکتار در سال بود. همچنین برای رویش حجمی، روش عکس فاصله با توان یک با ریشه میانگین مجذور خطا 29/0 متر مکعب در هکتار در سال، برای رویش قطری روش کریجینگ معمولی با ریشه میانگین مجذور خطای 219/0 سانتیمتر در سال و برای مشخصههای رشد به داخل و مرگ و میر سالانه بهترتیب روش کریجینگ معمولی با 8/2 و 4/1 پایه در هکتار در سال نتایج بهتری را نشان دادند. پژوهش پیشرو نشان داد که روشهای زمینآمار کارایی لازم را برای تهیه نقشه مشخصههای رویشی جنگل دارند.

اثر دخالتهای مدیریتی بر ساختار تودههای طبیعی (مطالعه موردی: بخش گرازبن جنگل خیرود)
برای مدیریت صحیح جنگل به شاخصهایی نیاز است که بتوانند با صرف کمترین هزینه و زمان اطلاعات کافی را در رابطه با وضعیت ساختار جنگل و تغییرات آن ارایه دهند. در این پژوهش، اثر نشانهگذاری بر ساختار تودههای جنگلی در بخش گرازبن جنگل خیرود توسط شاخصهای ساختاری مربوط به پراکنش مکانی و پراکنش غیرمکانی مطالعه شد. برای این منظور، 682 گروه ساختاری (اصله درخت) در دو قطعهنمونه مستطیلی شکل از مرز پایین پارسل تا مرز بالای آن بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در اثر نشانهگذاری، تغییرات شاخصهای آمیختگی گونهای، زاویه یکنواخت، چیرگی ابعاد قطر، اختلاف ابعاد، شاخص تفکیک پیلو، شاخص تجمعی کلارک و ایوانز، تعداد در هکتار، رویه زمینی و قطر برابر سینه معنیدار نبود. نتایج آزمون t جفتی برای شاخصهای زاویه یکنواخت و غالبیت ابعاد پیش و پس از نشانهگذاری برای هر دو قطعهنمونه مورد بررسی از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود، اما برای شاخصهای آمیختگی گونهای و اختلاف ابعاد، مقدار بهدستآمده معنیدار بود. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که به علت توانایی شاخصهای مورد استفاده در نشان دادن تغییرات ساختار یک توده طی زمانهای مختلف و همچنین امکان مقایسه آن با تودههای دیگر، میتوان از این شاخصها بهعنوان ابزاری مناسب برای مدیریت جنگل در نظام همگام با طبیعت استفاده کرد.

بررسی اثر ناهمگنی عرصه بر زادآوری جنسی بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii) با استفاده از شاخصهای تنوع و ترکیب گونههای گیاهی
بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) یکی از مهمترین گونههای اکوسیستم جنگلی زاگرس است که زادآوری طبیعی آن به یک چالش تبدیل شده است. این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی ترکیب و مؤلفههای تنوع گونهای (آلفا، بتا و گاما) پوشش گیاهی در لکههای دارای زادآوری و با زادآوری ضعیف جنسی بلوط شمال شهرستان ایلام انجام شد. ده قطعهنمونه 100 متر مربعی از هر کدام از حالتها بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و در هر لکه چهار قطعهنمونه (1×1 متر) برای شمارش گونههای گیاهی پیاده شد. بر اساس آزمون مونتکارلو، در لکههای دارای زادآوری و با زادآوری ضعیف بهترتیب 23 و 13 گونه شاخص (بهترتیب از بین 109 و 58 گونه) مشخص شد. بر اساس تحلیل تطبیقی قوسگیریشده (DCA)، دو لکه مورد بررسی از نظر ترکیب پوشش گیاهی متفاوت بودند. تروفیتها و همیکریپتوفیتها شکل زیستی غالب در هر دو لکه بودند. در هر دو لکه، مؤلفههای مختلف تنوع گونهای در لکههای دارای زادآوری بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از مقادیر آنها در لکههای با زادآوری ضعیف بود. در هر دو گروه لکه، تنوع درون واحدهای نمونه (آلفا) در مقایسه با تنوع بین واحدهای نمونه (بتا) دارای سهم بیشتری از تنوع کل (گاما) بود. بهطور کلی میتوان بیان کرد که ترکیب و تنوع گونههای گیاهی میتوانند بهعنوان شاخصهای زیستی مناسبی برای پایش ناهمگنی عرصه در لکههای زادآوری بلوط ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

پهنهبندی خطر آتشسوزی جنگل با استفاده از روش ترکیبی نسبت فراوانی- انتروپی شانون
پژوهش پیشرو به بررسی قابلیت روش نسبت فراوانی و ترکیبی از این روش با انتروپی شانون در تهیه نقشه حساسیت آتشسوزی در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری میپردازد. در ابتدا مناطق آتشسوزی گذشته در این استان بر مبنای اطلاعات موجود و عملیات میدانی شناسایی شدند. از 132 آتشسوزی شناساییشده، بهطور تصادفی 92 مورد (70%) برای فرآیند مدلسازی و 40 مورد (30%) باقیمانده برای اعتبارسنجی درنظر گرفته شد. بر اساس اطلاعات موجود در منطقه مورد مطالعه، 13 عامل مرتبط با خصوصیات توپوگرافی، اقلیمی و انسانی بهعنوان عاملهای مؤثر بر وقوع آتشسوزی درنظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از مدل نسبت فراوانی و مدل ترکیبی ارتباط بین نقاط آتشسوزی و عاملهای مؤثر بررسی شد. نتایج مدلها مبنای ساخت نقشههای پتانسیل خطر آتشسوزی قرار گرفت. نتایج ارزیابی که با استفاده از روش مشخصه عملکرد سیستم (ROC) و سطح زیر منحنی (AUC) انجام شد، نشان داد که مدل ترکیبی با قابلیت محاسبه میزان اهمیت عاملها و همچنین هر یک از طبقات آنها، کارایی بهتری در تهیه نقشه پتانسیل خطر آتشسوزی دارد. نرخ موفقیت و پیشبینی برای مدل نسبت فراوانی و مدل ترکیبی بهترتیب 79/02 و 75/72 درصد و 85/16 و 82/91 درصد محاسبه شد. بر اساس نتایج، بیشتر از یکسوم مساحت استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در طبقات خطر زیاد تا خیلی زیاد آتشسوزی قرار میگیرند که در این میان، عاملهای کاربری اراضی، نوع خاک و فاصله از جاده دارای بیشترین اهمیت هستند.

این پژوهش بهمنظور مدلسازی تغییرات ذخیره کربن در ارتباط با ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک در تودههای درختی کاج تهران (Pinus eldarica Medw.) و اقاقیا (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) کاشتهشده بهصورت خالص و آمیخته در پارک جنگلی سوکان سمنان انجام شد. چهار تیمار خالص کاج تهران، خالص اقاقیا، آمیخته کاج تهران و اقاقیا و تیمار شاهد (منطقه بدون پوشش گیاهی) درنظر گرفته شدند. پس از نمونهبرداری از خاک در افقهای صفر تا 5، 10-5، 20-10 و 30-20 سانتیمتردر هر یک از این تیمارها، نمونههای خاک به آزمایشگاه منتقل و ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که درخت کاج باعث کاهش اسیدیته خاک و افزایش مقدار پایداری خاکدانهها شده بود. اقاقیا باعث افزایش معنیدار مواد آلی، نیتروژن، پتاسیم و فسفر قابل جذب برای گیاهان شده بود. تیمار آمیخته بهطور عمده وضعیت بینابینی داشت. مقدار ترسیب کربن در تیمارهای خالص اقاقیا، خالص کاج تهران، آمیخته و شاهد بهترتیب 28/67، 18/74، 24/05 و 1/73 تن در هکتار بود. در مدلسازی مقدار ترسیب کربن در رابطه با ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک، نیتروژن و فسفر مهمترین عاملهای تأثیرگذار بر مقدار ترسیب کربن خاک تعیین شدند. بنابراین، افزایش نیتروژن خاک در این مناطق از طریق کاشت گونههای تثبیتکننده ازت میتواند نقش مهمی در افزایش موفقیت پروژههای جنگلکاری و ترسیب کربن داشته باشد.

وضعیت کمی و کیفی جنگلهای پسته در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری
پسته از جنسهای درختی اصلی جنگلهای زاگرس است و بنه (Pistacia atlantica Desf.) مهمترین گونه این جنس محسوب میشود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت کمی و کیفی این جنس با تأکید بر گونه بنه در جنگلهای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شد. پس از جنگلگردشی در سطح 307000 هکتاری جنگلهای استان، تمام مناطق پراکنش تیپهای مختلف بنه، بهصورت مشاهدهای بر روی نقشههای توپوگرافی 1:50000 مشخص شدند. محدودههای مشخصشده بهصورت نقشههای رقومی درآمده و نقشه مقدماتی تیپولوژی بنه در جنگلهای استان تهیه شد. شبکه آماربرداری بر روی تیپهای مختلف بنه به گونهای طراحی شد که حداقل 30 قطعهنمونه در بزرگترین تیپ بنه قرار گیرد. با همین ابعاد شبکه، تعداد قطعات نمونه برای سایر تیپها محاسبه شد. در مجموع، 39 قطعهنمونه دایرهای 10 آری برداشت شد. نتایج نشان داد که بنه در شش تیپ جنگلی حضور داشت. تیپ بلوط- بنه با 84801 و تیپ بادام- بنه با 537 هکتار بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین سطح را بهخود اختصاص دادند. بیشترین تراکم بنه متعلق به تیپ بنه با 90 و کمترین آن مربوط به تیپ بادام- بنه با 20 اصله در هکتار بود. قطورترین و کمقطرترین درختان بنه بهترتیب در تیپهای افرا- بنه و بادام- بنه حضور داشتند. با توجه به حضور بنه در تیپ بلوط- بنه بهعنوان گستردهترین تیپ جنگلی در جنگلهای استان، امکان کاشت و توسعه این گونه باارزش در تودههای خالص و غالب بلوط در استان نیز وجود دارد.

تحلیل اثر پراکنش مکانی کپهای درختان بنه (Pistacia atlantica Desf) بر ویژگیهای زیستسنجی آنها با استفاده از تابع همبستگی نشاندار در جنگل تحقیقاتی بنه استان فارس
تحلیل پراکنش مکانی درختان در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک اطلاعات ارزشمندی در مورد برهمکنش آنها و چگونگی تأثیرشان بر یکدیگر ارایه میکند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نحوه تأثیرپذیری ویژگیهای زیستسنجی درختان بنه (Pistacia atlantica Desf.) از پراکنش مکانی کپهای آنها در ناحیه رویشی زاگرس انجام شد. بخشی از جنگل تحقیقاتی بنه در استان فارس انتخاب شد و علاوهبر ثبت موقعیت مکانی درختان با قطر برابر سینه بیشتر از 2/5 سانتیمتر؛ قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع و مساحت تاج هر درخت اندازهگیری شد. درختان بنه با قطر برابر سینه بیشتر از 10 سانتیمتر بهعنوان درختان بالغ و کمتر از 10 سانتیمتر بهعنوان نهال طبقهبندی شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف مطالعه، از واریوگرام نشاندار و تابع همبستگی نشاندار تکمتغیره (بهترتیب γ(r) و kmm(r)) و دومتغیره (بهترتیب γm1m2(r) و km1m2(r)) استفاده شد. مقایسه توزیع مکانی درختان بنه با فرآیند پواسون همگن نشان داد که توزیع مشاهدهشده درختان دارای ناهمگنی مکانی معنیدار (در سطح خطای 0/05) بود. این ناهمگنی ناشی از شرایط نامطلوب رویشگاهی منطقه مطالعاتی بود. نتایج شکل تکمتغیره و دومتغیره γ(r) و تابع kmm نشان داد که قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع و مساحت تاج درختان بنه که تا فاصله سه متری از یکدیگر قرار گرفته بودند، کمتر از میانگین کل بود. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که ویژگیهای زیستسنجی مورد مطالعه در نهالهای بنه که درخت بالغ بنه تا فاصله سه متری آنها قرار داشته، کمتر از میانگین کل بود. بهطور کلی، نتیجهگیری شد که تجمع درختان بنه در کنار یکدیگر بهدلیل ناهمگنی شرایط رویشگاهی بر ویژگیهای زیستسنجی آنها تأثیر منفی گذاشته و مانع افزایش آنها شده بود.

اثر اندازه و موقعیتهای داخلی روشنه تاج بر رشد و زندهمانی نهالهای بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia)، شیردار (Acer cappadocicum) و توسکای ییلاقی (Alnus subcordata)
در این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر اندازه و موقعیت روشنه بر زندهمانی نهالها، شش روشنه با اندازههای متوسط (200 تا500 متر مربع) و بزرگ (بزرگتر از 500 متر مربع) در جنگل شصتکلاته گرگان انتخاب شدند. پس از مشخص کردن پنج قطعهنمونه 36 مترمربعی (6×6 متر) در جهتهای مرکز، شمال، جنوب، شرق و غرب روشنهها، 12 نهال یکساله از هریک از گونههای بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia C. A. Mey.)، شیردار (Acer cappadocicum Gled.) و توسکای ییلاقی (Alnus subcordata C. A. Mey.) با فاصلههای 1×1 متر در آنها کاشته شدند. رشد ارتفاعی و سطح فتوسنتزی نهالهای کاشتهشده در طول دوره رویش و زندهمانی نهالها در انتهای دوره، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از روش تجزیه طرح کرتهای دوبار خردشده و آزمون SNK تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش اندازه روشنه، درصد زندهمانی نهالهای هر سه گونه بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. هم در روشنه بزرگ و هم در روشنههای متوسط، نهالهای بلندمازو از بیشترین زندهمانی برخوردار بودند و در روشنههای بزرگ نهالهای شیردار در مقایسه با سایر گونههای کاشتهشده از درصد زندهمانی کمتری برخوردار بودند. بیشترین رشد ارتفاعی نهالها مربوط به موقعیتهای مرکزی بود و بهترتیب در موقعیتهای شمال، غرب، جنوب و شرق درون روشنهها، رشد ارتفاعی کاهش یافت. با افزایش اندازه روشنه، توسکای ییلاقی و بلندمازو از رشد ارتفاعی و سطح فتوستزی بیشتری برخوردار شدند، اما شیردار در روشنههای متوسط عملکرد بهتری داشت. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود برای جنگلکاری درون روشنههای بزرگ و یا موقعیت مرکزی روشنههای متوسط از توسکای ییلاقی و بلندمازو و برای جنگلکاری در روشنههای متوسط و یا حاشیه روشنههای بزرگ از شیردار استفاده شود.

تغییرات فصلی ذخیره کربن آلی خاک در توده مدیریتشده و مدیریتنشده راش- ممرز
کربن آلی خاک یکی از مهمترین مؤلفههای چرخه جهانی کربن است، بنابراین خاک جنگلها بهعنوان یکی از بزرگترین ذخیرهگاههای کربن آلی در اکوسیستم خشکی در کنترل غلظت Co2 اتمسفر نقش اساسی دارد. دخالت در اکوسیستم جنگلی در مقطع زمانی نامناسب با تغییر در آزادسازی یا جذب کربن در آن، تأثیرات قابل ملاحظهای بر غلظت Co2 اتمسفر و گرمایش جهانی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر شیوه گزینشی بر تغییرات ذخیره کربن آلی خاک در فصول مختلف در تودههای آمیخته راش- ممرز سری یک طرح جنگلداری دکتر بهرامنیا استان گلستان پرداخت. تغییرات ذخیره کربن آلی خاک از بهمن 1392 بهمدت یکسال در چهار توده یک هکتاری (توده بکر پارسل 32 و پارسلهای 30، 33 و 31 که بهترتیب 10، هفت و یک سال از دخالت در آنها میگذشت) در عمق صفر تا 20 سانتیمتری بررسی شد. تغییرات درجه حرارت و رطوبت خاک بهعنوان عاملهای تأثیرگذار بر ذخیره کربن اندازهگیری شدند. برای تعیین تغییرات رطوبت و حرارت خاک در هریک از تیمارها از تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه و برای مقایسه فصلی ذخیره کربن آلی خاک در هر تیمار، از طرح اندازههای تکراری استفاده شد. رابطه ذخیره کربن با رطوبت و حرارت خاک با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تغییرات ماهانه رطوبت و حرارت خاک در هر تیمار دارای اختلاف معنیداری بود. ذخیره کربن آلی خاک با حرارت و رطوبت خاک نیز همبستگی معنیداری را نشان داد. بررسی ذخیره کربن آلی خاک در فصول مختلف، اختلاف معنیداری را نشان داد، اما این اختلاف در تیمارهای مدیریتشده بیشتر مشهود بود. در تودههای مدیریتشده، ذخیره کربن در تابستان کاهش شدیدی نسبت به توده شاهد داشت.

پوشش گیاهی اثرات مهمی در افزایش پایداری و کاهش نرخ فرسایش دارد که یکی از مهمترین آنها مسلحسازی خاک توسط ریشهها است. میزان مسلحسازی یکگونه به ویژگیهای زیستفنی ریشه بستگی دارد. این پژوهش سعی دارد تأثیر سرشاخهزنی (گلازنی) درازمدت درختان ویول (Quercus libani Oliv.) را بر ویژگیهای زیستفنی و میزان مسلحسازی خاک بررسی کند. بهمنظور برآورد نسبت سطح ریشه به خاک (شاخص تراکم ریشه) از روش نمونهگیری با سیلندر از هستههای خاک استفاده شد. در اطراف هر درخت، نمونهگیری هسته خاک در سه عمق مختلف، در چهار سمت درخت و در فاصله یک متری از تنه انجام شد. در هر هسته، تعداد ریشه و مجموع طول ریشه برای هر طبقه قطری تعیین شد. برای اندازهگیری مقاومت کششی، نمونههای ریشه از سمت بالا و پایین شیب (بیشترین و کمترین تنش قابل انتظار سربار) جمعآوری و مقاومت آنها با دستگاه اینسترون استاندارد اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که پراکنش ریشهها در رابطه با عمق دارای واریانس زیادی بود. گلازنی اثر منفی معنیداری بر مقدار نسبت سطح ریشه به سطح خاک ریشههای نازک و مقاومت کششی ریشهها داشت. درصد نسبت سطح ریشه به سطح خاک ریشههای نازک در درختان شاهد 0/47 و در درختان گلازنیشده 0/28، میانگین مقاومت کششی ریشه در درختان شاهد 40/31 و در درختان گلازنیشده 19/94 مگاپاسکال و میانگین مقدار مسلحسازی ریشههای نازک در درختان شاهد 2/29 و در درختان گلازنیشده 1/12 کیلوپاسکال بهدست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش تأیید کرد که گلازنی درختان ویول با کاهش تراکم ریشههای نازک و کاهش مقاومت کششی ریشهها، تأثیر مثبت این گونه را در مسلحسازی خاک کاهش میدهد.

تأثیر توسکای ییلاقی (Alnus subcordata) ، بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia) و زربین (Cupressus sempervirens var. horizontalis) بر مشخصههای لاشبرگ، خاک و تصاعد دیاکسید کربن
پوششهای گیاهی مختلف اثرات متفاوتی بر لاشبرگ و خاک اکوسیستمها دارند. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف بررسی تأثیر درختان توسکای ییلاقی (Alnus subcordata C. A. Mey.)، بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia C. A. Mey.) و زربین (Cupressus sempervirens L. var. horizontalis (Mill.) Gord.) بر مشخصههای لاشبرگ، خاک و تصاعد دیاکسید کربن در محدوده طرح جنگلداری نیرنگ- خانیکان نوشهر انجام شد. نمونهبرداری از لایه آلی (لاشبرگ) و معدنی (صفر تا 15 سانتیمتری) خاک بهصورت منظم- تصادفی انجام شد. مشخصههای کیفی لاشبرگ (کربن و نیتروژن)، جرم مخصوص ظاهری، بافت، رطوبت، اسیدیته، کربن آلی، نیتروژن کل و تصاعد دیاکسید کربن (در دما و رطوبتهای مختلف) در آزمایشگاه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار مشخصههای نیتروژن لاشبرگ، سیلت و اسیدیته خاک به توسکای ییلاقی اختصاص داشت، در حالیکه بیشترین مقدار مشخصههای نسبت کربن به نیتروژن لاشبرگ، رطوبت، کربن آلی، نسبت کربن به نیتروژن خاک و تصاعد دیاکسید کربن در بخش زیرین توده زربین مشاهده شد. مقدار بیشتر درصد شن نیز به توده بلندمازو تعلق داشت. در تمام درختان مورد مطالعه، بیشترین مقدار تصاعد دیاکسید کربن در شرایط رطوبت عرصه مشاهده شد و با افزایش دما مقدار تصاعد افزایش یافت. نتایج این پژوهش بر این امر دلالت داشت که جنگلکاری با گونه سوزنیبرگ زربین در سطوح وسیع میتواند منجر به افزایش مقدار تصاعد دیاکسید کربن از خاک شود که باید از دیدگاه گرمایش جهانی، در مدیریت اکوسیستمها مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

برآورد زیتوده روی زمینی درختان جنگل با استفاده از تصویرهای نوری و راداری (مطالعه موردی: حوضه ناو اسالم گیلان)
استفاده از دادههای سنجش از دور یکی از روشهای کاربردی در برآورد مقدار زیتوده گیاهی است. در این پژوهش، داده های راداری ماهواره آلوس-2، با قطبش کامل و تصویرهای نوری ماهواره سنتینل-2، برای برآورد زیتوده روی زمینی درختان در جنگلهای سری یک حوضه ناو اسالم گیلان استفاده شد. مقدار بازپراکنش در قطبشهای مختلف، خصوصیات بافت و ویژگیهای تجزیه هدف از تصویرهای راداری و باندهای اصلی و مصنوعی بهدستآمده از تصویرهای نوری در سه ترکیب مختلف شامل تصویرهای راداری، تصویرهای نوری و ترکیب تصویرهای راداری و نوری، بهعنوان ورودیهای مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه درنظر گرفته شدند. بهمنظور اندازهگیری زمینی زیتوده از 149 قطعهنمونه استفاده شد. ارزیابی شبکههای عصبی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه با استفاده از آمارههای R2 و RMSE نشان داد که در تمامی حالتها مدل شبکههای عصبی نسبت به رگرسیون خطی کارایی بهتری در برآورد زیتوده روی زمینی درختان داشت. نتایج بهترین شبکه عصبی نشان داد که ترکیب دادههای نوری و راداری با مقدار R2 و RMSE بهترتیب 0/86 و 31/62 مگاگرم در هکتار (15/34 درصد) میتواند زیتوده درختی را برآورد کند. همچنین، نتایج استفاده از تصویرهای راداری و نوری بهطور مجزا نشان داد که مقدار R2 و RMSE برای مدلسازی زیتوده توسط تصویرهای راداری بهترتیب 0/57 و 49/17 مگاگرم در هکتار (23/85 درصد) و برای تصویرهای نوری 0/72 و 39/53 مگاگرم در هکتار (19/17 درصد) بود که نشاندهنده برتری مدلسازی زیتوده روی زمینی توسط تصویرهای نوری بود. نتایج کلی نشان از برآوردهای دقیقتر زیتوده در صورت استفاده همزمان از تصویرهای راداری و نوری و استفاده از مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی داشت.

نقش سایه در تعدیل عوارض ناشی از تنش خشکی بر فیزیولوژی نونهال بنه (Pistacia atlantica)
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش سایه در تعدیل عوارض ناشی از تنش خشکی بر فیزیولوژی نونهالهای بنه (Pistacia atlantica Desf.) در تابستان 1395 و در ایستگاه تحقیقات البرز کرج انجام شد. نونهالهای بنه در شرایط تیمارهای تنش خشکی (در سه سطح فاقد تنش، تنش متوسط و تنش شدید) و سایبان مصنوعی (در سه سطح فاقد سایه، سایه کم و سایه متوسط) در قالب طرح کرتهای خردشده با پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی قرار گرفتند. پس از گذشت یک ماه، مشخصههای فیزیولوژی برگ شامل محتوای نسبی آب، محتوای قندهای محلول و پرولین، غلظت رنگیزههای گیاهی، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و نرخ نشت الکترولیت اندازهگیری شدند. تنش خشکی باعث کاهش شدید محتوای نسبی آب و غلظت کلروفیل کل، a و b برگ شد. در مقابل، سایه با تعدیل تنش خشکی، مقدار مشخصههای مذکور را بهطور معنیداری افزایش داد. تنش خشکی باعث تحریک مکانسیمهای مقاومت در نونهالهای بنه شد و محتوای پرولین، کاروتنوئید و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز افزایش معنیداری پیدا کردند، اما سایه باعث کاهش معنیدار این مشخصهها و همچنین نسبت کلروفیل a/b شد. برهمکنش سایه و تنش خشکی بر مشخصههای کلروفیل a و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز معنیدار بود و تیمارهای تنش خشکی پاسخهای متفاوتی به سایه نشان دادند. بهطور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از نقش مثبت سایه در تعدیل تنش خشکی بر نونهالهای بنه بود.

مقایسه ترکیب گرده و کیفیت عسل تولید شده از دو رویشگاه جنگلی و مرتعی در منطقه ارسباران
صنعت زنبورداری در ارسباران یکی از فعالیتهای مهم روستایی است و عسل یکی از ارزشمندترین محصولات فرعی مناطق مرتعی و برخی از مناطق جنگلی ارسباران است. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف مقایسه ترکیب گردهای، خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی و کیفیت عسل تولید شده دو رویشگاه تازهکند (جنگلی) و وینق (مرتعی) در جنگلهای ارسباران انجام شد. در 15 اردیبهشت سال 1392 و در آغاز فصل گلدهی، 10 کندو در هر یک از مناطق مورد مطالعه مستقر شد. پس از گذشت سه ماه، نمونههای عسل برداشت و به آزمایشگاه منقل شدند. در آزمایشگاه عمل جداسازی گردههای موجود در عسل و شناسایی آنها و همچنین اندازهگیری ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی نمونههای عسل انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در منطقه وینق، گردههای ممرز (Carpinus betulus L.) و در منطقه تازهکند گردههای کیکم (Acer monspessulanum L.) غالب بودند. همچنین در در منطقه وینق، گردههای پلاخور بوتهای (Lonicera iberica M. B.) و کیکم و در منطقه تازهکند گردههای گیلاس وحشی (Cerasus avium (L.) Moench) بهعنوان فراوانترین گونههای همراه شناسایی شدند. براساس نتایج، بهدلیل کمبودن میزان رطوبت، هیدروکسیمتیلفورفورال، قند احیاء، قند کل و میزان ساکارز در منطقه جنگلی، کیفیت عسلهای این منطقه از منطقه مرتعی بهتر شناخته شد. بهطور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که زنبورهای عسل تمایل بیشتری به استفاده از گرده گونههای درختی و درختچهای در مقایسه با سایر گونههای علفی داشتند.

اثر تغییرات فصلی بر برخی خصوصیات شیمیایی خاک جنگلی (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای مریوان)
خاک یکی از اجزای مهم اکوسیستم جنگل بهشمار میرود و شناخت کیفیت خاک که یکی از شاخصهای آن ویژگیهای شیمیایی و فرآیند تغییرات آن است، میتواند بهعنوان راهنمایی برای تحلیل سلامت اکوسیستم جنگل مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر تغییرات فصلی بر ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک سطحی در جنگلهای مریوان، نمونهبرداری در طول یکسال در طی چهار نوبت با فاصله سه ماه (فروردین، تیر، مهر و دی) انجام شد. در هر فصل، پنج نمونه ترکیبی و در مجموع 20 نمونه برداشت شد. نمونهها برای اندازهگیری مقدار کربن، نیتروژن، فسفر، اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم مورد تجزیه قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون دانکن انجام شد. براساس یافتههای این پژوهش، بیشترین مقدار کربن آلی، نیتروژن کل و فسفر قابل جذب در فصل تابستان بهترتیب 10/70 درصد، 0/59 درصد و 44/70 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین مقدار آنها در فصل زمستان بهترتیب 8/01 درصد، 0/20 درصد و 39/05 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بود. درصد کربن آلی و فسفر اختلاف معنیداری را در فصلهای مختلف سال نشان نداد، اما اختلاف مقدار نیتروژن خاک در طی زمان معنیدار بود. همچنین، تأثیر زمان بر مقدار اسیدیته و منیزیوم در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد و بر هدایت الکتریکی و کلسیم در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد معنیدار بود، اما تغییرات پتاسیم بسیار اندک بود و اختلاف معنیداری را نشان نداد.
