تأثیرکاربریهای مختلف اراضی بر ترسیب کربن خاک
تغییر کاربری یکی از مهمترین عاملهایی است که حفاظت از اکوسیستمهای طبیعی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. اگر اکوسیستم بهطور طبیعی حفظ شود، پایداری خاک تأمین خواهد شد. پژوهش پیشرو بهمنظور بررسی اثر کاربریهای مختلف اراضی بر توان ترسیب کربن خاک در منطقه چهارطاق اردل استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شد. شش کاربری مختلف شامل جنگل قرقشده، جنگل طبیعی، جنگل تخریبشده، باغ، مرتع و کشاورزی انتخاب شدند و در هر کاربری 10 قطعهنمونه بهطور منظم- تصادفی پیاده شد. در هر قطعهنمونه از پارامترهای کمی پوشش گیاهی آماربرداری شد و یک نمونه خاک از عمق صفر تا 60 سانتیمتری برداشت شد. آزمایشهای خاکشناسی برای تعیین بافت، وزن مخصوص ظاهری و کربن آلی خاک انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در بین کاربریهای مختلف اراضی، جنگل قرقشده با 47/46 تن در هکتار بیشترین میزان ترسیب کربن خاک را داشت. کمترین مقدار اندوخته کربن نیز مربوط به جنگل تخریبشده به میزان 13/68 تن در هکتار بود که ازنظر آماری دارای تفاوت معنیدار در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد بود. نتایج بهدستآمده بیانگر این موضوع است که اگر اکوسیستم جنگلی از دخالتهای انسانی در امان مانده باشد، نقش بهسزایی در اندوخته بلندمدت کربن در خاک ایفا میکند. هرگونه دخالت در شرایط طبیعی اکوسیستم، تأثیر منفی خود را به شکل محسوسی در اندوخته کربن خاک نشان میدهد.

تأثیر تغییر کاربری زمین بر کارکرد اکوهیدرولوژیک تاجپوشش در جنگل بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl)، حوضه آبخیز قلعهگل استان لرستان
تغییر کاربری زمین بر کارکرد اکوهیدرولوژیک تاجپوشش تأثیر بهسزایی دارد. این پژوهش در چهار کاربری متداول زمین شامل جنگل بهنسبت مطلوب، جنگل تخریبشده، جنگل زراعتشده و باغ که نتیجه تغییر کاربری جنگل بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) در حوضه آبخیز قلعهگل (خرمآباد، لرستان) بودند، انجام شد. بارش و تاجبارش بهمدت یک سال اندازهگیری شدند. اندازهگیری بارش، با نصب چهار جمعآوریکننده بارش در عرصه باز مجاور کاربریهای مورد نظر انجام شد. برای اندازهگیری تاجبارش، در هریک از کاربریها 12 درخت بهطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و زیر تاج هر درخت چهار جمعآوریکننده تاجبارش نصب شد. مشخصههای کمی درختان با انتخاب 15 قطعهنمونه به مساحت 2500 متر مربع در هریک از کاربریها اندازهگیری شد. براساس نتایج، میزان بارش سالانه 526/3 میلیمتر بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین مقادیر تاجبارش و اتلاف تاجی در کاربریهای بررسیشده شامل جنگل بهنسبت مطلوب (353/9 و 172/4 میلیمتر)، جنگل تخریبشده (403 و 123/4 میلیمتر)، جنگل زراعتشده (429/8 و 96/5 میلیمتر) و جنگل تبدیلشده به باغ (418/3 و 108 میلیمتر) در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد وجود داشت. کارکرد اکوهیدرولوژیک تاجپوشش در جنگل بهنسبت مطلوب (با انبوهی تاجپوشش 60 درصد و تراکم 212 اصله در هکتار) در مقایسه با جنگل تخریبشده (با انبوهی تاجپوشش 26 درصد و تراکم 144 اصله در هکتار) و جنگل زراعتشده (با انبوهی تاجپوشش 11 درصد و تراکم 52 اصله در هکتار) با کمترین تأثیر منفی مواجه بود. اجزای مدلهای رگرسیون نشان دادند که برآورد اتلاف تاجی با استفاده از بارش (o/794< r2<o/856) در مقایسه با قطر برابر سینه (o/794< r2<o/856) دقت بیشتری داشت. شناختی که یافتههای این پژوهش از کارکرد اکوهیدرولوژیک تاجپوشش ارائه میکند، میتواند در مدیریت منابع جنگلی برای تنظیم روابط بین تاجپوشش و چرخه آب بهکار گرفته شود.

تغییرات جوامع گیاهی جنگلهای زاگرس میانی تحت تأثیر ویژگیهای فیزیوگرافی و خاک
از آنجاییکه جنگلهای زاگرس تحت تأثیر عاملهای اکولوژیک متعدد (بهویژه خاک و فیزیوگرافی) شاهد استقرار تیپهای رویشی مختلف هستند، پژوهش پیشرو با هدف تفکیک تیپهای رویشی جنگلهای زاگرس میانی برمبنای تشابه گونهای و تبیین ارتباط پوشش علفی کف این جنگلها با شرایط ادافیکی و فیزیوگرافی بهمنظور مدیریت اکولوژیک این اکوسیستمها، انجام شد. بدینمنظور 21 قطعهنمونه اصلاحشده ویتاکر بهطور تصادفی در تیپهای پوشش گیاهی هشتادپهلو استان لرستان انتخاب شد. در این قطعات نمونه، گونه و درصد پوشش آشکوب علفی، ویژگیهای فیزیوگرافی و برخی متغیرهای ادافیکی اندازهگیری شد. سپس ارتباط آشکوب علفی کف با متغیرهای محیطی از طریق طبقهبندی با روش تجزیه دوطرفه گونههای شاخص (TWINSPAN) و رجبندی با روشهای تجزیه تطبیقی قوسگیریشده(DCA) و تحلیل تطبیقی متعارفی (CCA) بررسی شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس، رجبندی و طبقهبندی پوشش گیاهی نشان داد که تفکیک تیپهای رویشی، پراکنش گونهها و همچنین پراکنش گروه گونههای اکولوژیک در زاگرس میانی بهطور عمده تحت تأثیر ارتفاع از سطح دریا، شیب، جهت و متغیرهای کربن آلی و ازت خاک بود. نتایج طبقهبندی پوشش گیاهی نیز با تفکیک پوشش گیاهی منطقه به سه گروه اکولوژیک متشکل از 12 گونه شاخص، نتایج رجبندی را تا حد زیادی تأیید کرد. با توجه به وسعت عرصه مورد مطالعه (سیمای سرزمین) و انتخاب تصادفی واحدهای نمونهبرداری در تیپهای فیزیونومیک و اکوتونها، همپوشانی زیادی در نتایج رجبندی و طبقهبندی پوشش گیاهی این مطالعه مشاهده شد.

ارزیابی شاخصهای اجتماعپذیری گونه- گروه در تعیین گونههای معرف جوامع گیاهی شمشاد هیرکانی (Buxus hyrcana Pojark.)
شاخصهای متعددی برای تعیین میزان اجتماعپذیری گونهها به جوامع گیاهی طبقهبندیشده بهمنظور تعیین گونههای معرف وجود دارد. در پژوهش پیشرو با معرفی 11 شاخص اجتماعپذیری گونه- گروه، کیفیت آنها براساس دادههای پوشش گیاهی 168 رولوه از جوامع گیاهی شمشاد هیرکانی (Buxus hyrcana Pojark.) با توسعه مدل TFVI و بهرهگیری از چهار معیار عددی مجموع مقادیر اجتماعپذیری مثبت، شاخص تمایزی، شاخص انحصارگرایی و شاخص قدرت تفکیک ارزیابی شد. بهمنظور تعیین میزان وفاداری گونهها از نتایج طبقهبندی روش TWINSPAN اصلاحشده (9 اجتماع گیاهی) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که گروههای بهدستآمده از مدل TFVI با استفاده از ضریبهای ارزش، UbinB و اوچیای (Ochiai) دارای بیشترین مقادیر معیارهای چهارگانه ارزیابی کیفیت طبقهبندی بودند و از این نظر کیفیت آنها نسبت به ضیبهای دیگر در سطح بالاتری قرار داشت. همچنین نتایج دارنگاره طبقهبندی خوشهای و نمودار PCA نشان داد که نتایج شاخصهای اجتماعپذیری 11گانه در چهار گروه قابل تفکیک است. در بررسی ابر نقاط شاخصهای اجتماعپذیری در امتداد دو محور اول PCA که بهترتیب با مقادیر ویژه 0/556 و 0/365 بیشتر از 92 درصد از سهم تغییرات موجود در مقادیر شاخصهای اجتماعپذیری مزبور را تبیین میکردند، مشخص شد که مقادیر وفاداری گونهها براساس دو معیار ضریب ارزش و اوچیای مشابه هم بودند و از این نظر با نتایج شاخصهای دیگر بهطور کامل متفاوت بودند. بهطور کلی نتایج پژوهش پیشرو نشان داد که استفاده از دو شاخص ضریب ارزش و اوچیای در تعیین گونههای معرف جوامع گیاهی نسبت به شاخصهای اجتماعپذیری دیگر در اولویت است.

اثر سرمای دیررس شبانه بر اجزای فتوسیستم دو در سه کلن شالک (Populus nigra L.)
ارزیابی عملکرد فتوسیستم دو بهعنوان پرانرژیترین فتوسیستم که قادر به شکستن آب و تأمین الکترون مورد نیاز مرحله نوری فتوسنتز است، از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. سرمای دیررس که بهطور معمول در فصل رویش و در طول شب اتفاق میافتد، با آسیب رساندن به اندامهای در حال رشد گیاه، موجب ضعف و حتی مرگ آنها میشود. در این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی اثر سرمای دیررس شبانه بر اجزای عملکردی فتوسیستم دو و برخی از ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی مرتبط با آن، نهالهای سه کلن شالک (Populus nigra L.) بهمدت سه شب در معرض حداقل دماهای شبانه 16، چهار، صفر و 20- درجه سانتیگراد قرار گرفتند. سپس نهالها بهمدت 14 روز در دمای بهینه بهمنظور بررسی توان احیا نگهداری شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مدل فاکتوریل با دو عامل کلن در سه سطح و حداقل دمای شبانه در چهار سطح بهتفکیک برای مرحله تنش و احیا تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد ماکزیمم و مؤثر فتوسیستم دو تحت تأثیر کارایی کمپلکس تجزیهکننده آب و فعالیت مخزن پلاستوکوئینون در کلنهای مختلف روند کاهشی متفاوتی را نشان داد، بهنحویکه کلن ایرانی حساستر از کلنهای دیگر بود. این تفاوت در ارتباط با محتوای قند محلول، پرولین، کلروفیل و نرخ نشت الکترولیتها از غشای سیتوپلاسمی بررسی شد. همچنین روند بهبودی کلنها در دوره احیا مقایسه شد.

تهیه نقشه خشکیدگی بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) با استفاده از روش زمینآمار در دشت برم استان فارس
این پژوهش بهمنظور تهیه نقشه خشکیدگی بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.)، تجزیه و تحلیل و تشریح پراکنش مکانی درختان و تودههای خشکیده بلوط با استفاده از روش زمینآمار و رسم نقشههای پهنهبندی خشکیدگی، احتمال و خطا در منطقه دشتبرم استان فارس انجام شد. دادهها در قطعهنمونههایی مستطیلیشکل به مساحت 1200 متر مربع (40×30 متر) براساس شبکهای به ابعاد 500×500 متر با روش منظم- تصادفی جمعآوری شد. واریوگرامهای تجربی ناهمسانگرد با استفاده از روشهای مختلف زمینآماری رسم شد. نتایج ارزیابی متقابل نشان داد که روش کریجینگ معمولی با مدل کروی بهترین برازش را به دادهها داشت. نقشه خشکیدگی در طبقههای کمتر از 10، 10 تا 25، 25 تا 60 و بیشتر از60 درصد ترسیم شد. بیشترین سطح به طبقه 25 تا 60 درصد با 3827 هکتار و کمترین سطح به طبقه کمتر از 10 درصد با 260 هکتار تعلق داشت. در نقشه احتمال خشکیدگی مشاهده شد که احتمال اینکه خشکیدگی بیشتر از 60 درصد باشد، در بیشتر سطح در محدوده کمتر از 25 درصد بود و در سطح کمی از محدوده بین 50 تا 75 درصد واقع شده بود. پژوهش پیشرو نشان داد که با استفاده از زمینآمار (کریجینگ) میتوان تغییرات مکانی، خطای برآورد و احتمال پیشبینی خشکیدگی درختان بلوط زاگرس را در قالب نقشه ارایه داد و کانونهای خشکیدگی (آفت و بیماری) را شناسایی کرد.

شبیهسازی زیتوده تجاری تودههای آمیخته راش در جنگلهای هیرکانی
تنه تجاری درختان جنگلهای آمیخته راش علاوهبر حداکثر سهم ارزش نقدی و موجودی حجمی، در قالب زیتوده تجاری بهعنوان بزرگترین ذخایر کربن آلی در جنگلهای شمال محسوب میشوند. هدف اصلی پژوهش پیشرو دستیابی به حداکثر قطعیت و دقت تخمین مقادیر زیتوده مورد مطالعه بود. پس از قطع و استحصال 174 درخت در جنگل آمیخته راش گلندرود نور، هر بخش از تنه در عرصه وزن شد و قطعات چوبی نیز از هر بخش مذکور با ابعاد ثابت، تکهبرداری شدند و برای اندازهگیری و محاسبه چگالی ویژه در شرایط دمای آون قرار گرفتند. شبیهسازی مقادیر زیتوده مورد مطالعه با استفاده از تکنیک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی انجام شد. برای ارایه دقت روند شبیهسازی، الگوسازی آلومتریک با پارامترهای مختلف نیز تبیین شد. از لایههای ورودی قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع تجاری تنه و چگالی ویژه با ترکیب مختلف در الگوسازی آلومتریک و شبیهسازی شبکه عصبی استفاده شد. معماری مختلف توپولوژی شبکه الگوریتم پسانتشار خطا با تعداد نورونهای متفاوت شامل توابع انتقالی لجستیک سیگموئیدی و تانژانت سیگموئیدی در لایههای پنهان، دقت متفاوتی از برآورد متغیر پاسخ ارایه دادند. قطر بهعنوان مهمترین عامل تأثیرگذار در شبکه عصبی و معادلات آلومتریک محسوب شد و با افزایش ارتفاع و چگالی ویژه علاوهبر قطر، روند قطعیت برآورد افزایش یافت. نتایج نهایی برمبنای کلیه شاخصهای اعتبارسنجی و ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای بین تخمین و مشاهدات نشان داد که اگرچه دقت برآوردی بین الگوسازی آلومتریک و شبیهسازی شبکه عصبی دارای اختلاف جزئی بود، اما خروجی بهینه بهدستآمده از شبیهسازی با سه لایه ورودی قطر، ارتفاع و چگالی ویژه، یک لایه پنهان و 20 نورون عصبی حاوی تابع تانژانت سیگموئیدی دارای دقت بیشتری برای پیشگویی بود که قابلیت اجرا در سطح وسیعی از جنگل مورد مطالعه را دارد.

بررسی مقدماتی درختان مقاوم به آتش در استان گیلان (مطالعه موردی جنگل نقلهبر، حوضه 18 رشتهرود)
آتش عامل طبیعی و معمول تمام بومسازگانها است که بهشدت تحت تأثیر فعالیتهای انسانی قرار دارد. اولین اثرات قابل مشاهده آتشسوزی در جنگل از بین بردن پوشش گیاهی است که در نتیجه آن توده جنگلی به نفع گونههای مقاوم تغییر مییابد. گونههای مختلف گیاهی و ازجمله درختان با توجه به ویژگیهای خود واکنشهای متفاوتی را دربرابر حوادث طبیعی و ازجمله آتشسوزی از خود نشان میدهند. پژوهش پیشرو بهمنظور بررسی گونههای درختی مقاوم به آتش در جنگل نقلهبر از مناطق جنگلی رستمآباد شهرستان رودبار در استان گیلان انجام شد که در سال 1389 بهشدت از آتشسوزی خسارت دیده بود. تیپ جنگلی منطقه مورد مطالعه انجیلی- ممرزستان است که با بلندمازو، راش، آزاد و پلت آمیخته شده است. از آماربرداری صددرصد برای تعیین میزان خسارت وارده به تنه و تاج درختان استفاده شد و از نمونهبرداری تصادفی برای تعیین میزان زادآوری گونهها استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی براساس آزمونهای آماری نشان داد که گونههای موجود تفاوت معنیداری را ازنظر مقاومت به آتش نشان میدهند. ازنظر میزان سوختگی، مقاومترین و حساسترین گونهها دربرابر آتش بهترتیب بلندمازو و انجیلی بودند. آزاد بیشترین زادآوری جنسی و غیرجنسی را پس از آتشسوزی داشت و بیشترین رشد ارتفاعی نهالها نیز در بلندمازو دیده شد.

بانک بذر خاک و پوشش گیاهی روزمینی در پارک جنگلی چیتگر تهران
با گذشت حدود پنج دهه از کاشت درختان پارک جنگلی چیتگر، تاکنون مطالعهای در زمینه بانک بذر در این منطقه انجام نشده است. پژوهش پیشرو برای نخستین بار ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﻴﺐ ﮔﻮﻧﻪای ﭘﻮﺷﺶ گیاهی روزمینی ﻭ ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺑﺬﺭ ﺧﺎک این جنگلکاری ﭘﺮﺩاﺧت. سی قطعهنمونه 450 متر مربعی در سطح منطقه پیاده شد. نمونهبرداری از بانک بذر خاک در هر قطعهنمونه با استفاده از یک قاب 400 سانتیمتر مربعی در دو عمق صفر تا پنج و پنج تا 10 سانتیمتری انجام شد و ﺗﺮﮐﻴﺐ ﮔﻮﻧﻪای ﺑﺎﻧﮏ بذر ﺧﺎک بهﺭﻭﺵ کشت گلخانهای ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ شد. براساس نتایج، در مطالعه پوشش گیاهی روزمینی، 62 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ گیاهی از 22 خانواده و در مطالعه بانک بذر خاک 29 گونه از 13 خانواده شناسایی شدند. همه گونههای موجود در بانک بذر خاک در پوشش گیاهی روزمینی حضور داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که ﭘﻮﺷﺶ گیاهی روزمینی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺑﺬﺭ ﺧﺎک اﺯ ﻏﻨﺎی ﮔﻮﻧﻪای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﺑﺮﺧﻮﺭﺩاﺭ ﺑﻮﺩ. تشابه زیاد گونههای بانک بذر خاک و پوشش گیاهی روزمینی گویای این مطلب بود که بانک بذر خاک منطقه قابلیت احیای پوشش گیاهی روزمینی را دارد، اما با توجه به عدم مشاهده گونه درختی در بانک بذر خاک میتوان گفت که احیای جوامع درختی فقط با تکیه بر جوانهزنی بذر از بانک بذر خاک عملی نیست. بهدلیل ساختار و نوع پوشش گیاهی قبلی منطقه که جنگل نبوده است، درنهایت گرایش طبیعی منطقه به سوی گونههای غیرجنگلی است.

مطالعه برخی ویژگیهای رویشگاهی و صفات کیفی شیردار (Acer cappadocicum Gled) در جنگلهای جنوب ساری
شیردار(Acer cappadocicum Gled.) یکی از گونههای جنس افرا و جزء گونههای درختی مهم و بومی جنگلهای شمال کشور است. هدف از انجام پژوهش پیشرو بررسی برخی از خصوصیات رویشگاهی و صفات کیفی درختان شیردار در جنگلهای جنوب ساری بود. با مطالعه و بررسی جنگلهای منطقه مورد مطالعه، بخشهایی که شیردار در آنجا حضور داشت، انتخاب شد و 93 قطعهنمونه 10 آری در شرایط فیزیوگرافیک مختلف (ارتفاع از سطح دریا، شیب و جهت جغرافیایی) بهطور انتخابی پیاده شد. در قطعات نمونه، مشخصات جغرافیایی منطقه و صفات کمی و کیفی درختان شیردار ثبت شد. بهمنظور بررسی شرایط خاک منطقه نیز 20 نمونه خاک بهطور تصادفی برداشت شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد درختان شیردار در هر قطعهنمونه از حداقل یک تا حداکثر 29 درخت متغیر بود. اثر فاکتورهای فیزیوگرافی شامل شیب، جهت جغرافیایی و ارتفاع از سطح دریا بر پراکنش شیردار معنیدار بود، بهطوریکه بیشترین فراوانی شیردار در شیب 21 تا 40 درصد، جهت شرقی و محدوده ارتفاعی 1501 تا 1700 متر از سطح دریا مشاهده شد. کمترین درختان راستار شیردار در شیب یک تا 20 درصد، جهت شرقی و ارتفاع 1701 تا 1900 متر از سطح دریا مشاهده شد و بیشترین درختان قائم شیردار نیز در شیب 81 تا 150 درصد، جهت غربی و ارتفاع 1901 تا 2100 متر از سطح دریا دیده شد. همچنین بیشترین فراوانی درختان شیردار در خاکهای لومی مشاهده شد، اما قطورترین و بلندترین درختان شیردار در خاکهایی با بافت رسی حضور داشتند.

تحمل صنوبر اورامریکن (Populus euramericana 561/41) به غلظتهای مختلف سرب
در پژوهش پیشرو، پتانسیل گیاهپالایی کلن 561/41 صنوبر اورامریکن (Populus euramericana Guinier) به خاک آلوده به سرب (غلظتهای صفر، 500، 1000، 1500 و 2000 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) در یک مکان مسقف در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که در غلظتهای 500، 1000، 1500 و 2000 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم سرب، زندهمانی بهترتیب حدود 19/9، 35/8، 55/6 و 60/3 درصد کاهش یافت. این درحالی بود که اعمال غلظتهای مختلف سرب تغییر محسوسی در کاهش طول ریشه و ارتفاع ساقه ایجاد نکرد و تا غلظت 500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم سرب، سطح برگ و زیتودههای ریشه، ساقه، برگ و کل نونهال کاهش پیدا نکرد. با افزایش غلظت سرب در خاک، غلظت و مقدار سرب در ریشه، ساقه و برگ افزایش یافت و مقادیر آنها همواره در ریشه بیشتر از ساقه و برگ بود. در غلظت 500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم سرب، کارآیی انتقال (تجمع سرب در اندام هوایی) و شاخصهای تحمل ریشه، اندام هوایی و نونهال بیشتر از غلظتهای دیگر اعمالشده سرب بود. بهطور کلی، نونهالهای P. euramericana در غلظت 500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم تحمل بسیار خوبی نسبت به فلز سنگین سرب داشتند و در غلظتهای بیشتر، اگرچه شاخص تحمل آنها حدود 60 درصد کاهش یافت، اما نشاندهنده تحمل قابل قبول این کلن در غلظتهای زیاد سرب بود. همچنین انباشت قابل ملاحظه سرب در ریشه، نشاندهنده عمل تثبیت ریشهای بود که میتواند این کلن را برای پروژههای گیاهپالایی در محیطهای آلوده به سرب، مطلوب معرفی کند.

نقش درختان حرا در کاهش آلودگی فلزات سنگین رسوبات خور بساتین
خور بساتین در سواحل شمالی خلیج فارس و شرق استان بوشهر از یکسو به خلیج نایبند و از سوی دیگر به رودخانه گاوبندی منتهی میشود. خور بساتین ازنظر دارا بودن شرایط ویژه اکولوژیکی، یکی از زیستگاههای جنگلهای حرا در سواحل شمالی خلیج فارس بهشمار میرود، اما در سالهای اخیر جایگاه تمرکز انواع آلایندههای محیط زیستی شده است. آشکارسازی نقش تعدیلکننده جنگلهای حرا در کاهش آلودگی و شناخت وضعیت تمرکز عناصر فلزی و شبهفلزی و تطابق آنها با رویدادهای محیطی در خور بساتین از اهداف پژوهش پیشرو بود. روش تحقیق بهگونهای طراحی شد که نمونهبرداری جامعی با توجه به وسعت خور بساتین از رسوبات سطحی و عمقی دستنخورده انجام شود و غلظت 50 عنصر فلزی، شبهفلزی و عناصر نفت- پیوند تعیین شود. 120 نمونه رسوب پس از آمادهسازی، توسط دستگاه ICP-OES تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. همچنین در تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از نرمافزار ماکرو XL Stat Pro 2015 بهمنظور بررسی ارتباط بین عناصر استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش پیشرو نشان داد که با تغییر ریختشناسی دهانه خور بساتین از سال 1379 و محدود شدن چرخه هیدرولیکی جریانهای جزرومدی، نرخ رسوبگذاری در خور بساتین بهاندازهای افزایش یافته است که باعث خشک شدن درختان حرا شده است. این فرآیند نقش مستقیمی در غنیشدن فلزات سنگین در خور بساتین و عدم پالایش آنها توسط گیاهان داشته است. نتایج نشان داد که نرخ متوسط رسوبگذاری در خور بساتین بین 1/8 تا دو سانتیمتر در سال در تغییر بوده است.

اثر تغییرات صفات رویشی کبوده (Populus alba L.) بر تولید چوب در حاشیه رودخانه زایندهرود اصفهان
برای برآورد مقدار تولید چوب صنوبر در صنوبرکاریهای سنتی، محاسبه میزان رویش آنها ضروری است. بهمنظور بررسی تغییرات صفات رویشی صنوبر در حاشیه رودخانه زایندهرود اصفهان، شش توده کبوده (Populus alba L.) از سطح صنوبرکاریشده حاشیه رودخانه انتخاب شدند و مشخصات رویشی آنها شامل قطر، ارتفاع، میزان رویش قطری و میزان افزایش ارتفاع اندازهگیری شد و سپس رویش حجمی آنها محاسبه شد. دادههای جمعآوریشده بهروش آماری تجزیه واریانس یکطرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج، تودهها در صفات ارتفاع، قطر، متوسط رویش و رویه زمینی در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد و در صفت حجم چوب در هکتار در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تفاوت معنیداری را نشان دادند. براساس جدول مقایسه میانگینها، توده چهار ازنظر صفات قطر، ارتفاع و رویه زمینی و توده شش ازنظر حجم چوب تولیدی در هکتار و رویش سالانه بیشترین مقدار را داشتند. میزان رویش سالانه در هکتار از 53/16 تا 25/47 متر مکعب در تودههای مختلف متغیر بود که این حداکثر تولید چوب علاوهبر تفاوت توده، بهدلیل وجود حداقل فاصله کاشت درختان و افزایش تعداد در هکتار بهدست آمد. بهعبارت دیگر تغییرات فاصله کاشت و دخالتهای مدیریتی در تودهها را میتوان در میزان و کیفیت تولید چوب صنوبر بسیار مؤثر دانست.

شناخت ویژگیهای جنگلشناسی تودههای جنگلی مقدم بر هرگونه اقدام مدیریتی در جنگل است. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف تعیین تیپهای جنگلی و بررسی ویژگیهای مهم جنگلشناسی تودهها در امتداد گرادیان ارتفاعی جنگلهای حفاظتشده ارسباران انجام شد. بدینمنظور، قطعهنمونههای دایرهایشکل 400 متر مربعی در فواصل ارتفاعی 50 متری، در امتداد پنج خطنمونه به فاصله 100 متر از یکدیگر، از پایینترین حد (1100 متر) تا بالاترین حد (1725 متر) گسترش جنگل پیاده شدند. در هر قطعهنمونه، پس از تعیین عاملهای فیزیوگرافی (شیب، جهت دامنه، ارتفاع و مختصات جغرافیایی)، گونههای گیاهی چوبی شناسایی و قطر برابر سینه کلیه درختان، مبدا درختان، وضعیت سلامت، تعداد تنه و وضعیت تنه نسبت به سطح افق اندازهگیری و تعیین شد. همچنین در مرکز هر قطعهنمونه اصلی، یک قطعهنمونه 100 متر مربعی پیاده شد و فراوانی زادآوریها بررسی شد. در این پژوهش چهار تیپ ممرز- بلوط سفید (1100 تا 1400 متری از سطح دریا)، ممرز- بلوط سفید- کرب- ون (1400 تا 1500 متری از سطح دریا)، ممرز- بلوط سفید- کرب (1500 تا 1650 متری از سطح دریا) و ممرز- اوری (1650 تا 1725 متری از سطح دریا) در طول گرادیان ارتفاعی شناسایی شدند. بیشترین تعداد در هکتار (تودههای بالغ و زادآوری) و میانگین رویه زمینی درختان در تیپ ممرز- اوری و بیشترین میانگین قطر برابر سینه در تیپ ممرز-بلوط سفید مشاهده شد. بیشینه فراوانی زادآوری دانهزاد نیز در تیپ ممرز- بلوط سفید- کرب دیده شد.

ارتباط روشنههای تاجپوشش ناشی از اجرای شیوه تکگزینی با ضخامت لایه هوموس در جنگل راش (مطالعه موردی: راشستان الندان ساری
پژوهش پیشرو به نقش روشنههای تاجپوشش ناشی از اجرای شیوه تکگزینی بر میزان ضخامت لایه هوموس در توده جنگلی راش پرداخته است. شانزده روشنه در طبقات کوچک، متوسط، بزرگ و خیلی بزرگ با چهار تکرار برای هر طبقه در راشستان سری الندان ساری، استان مازندران انتخاب شدند. اندازهگیری لایه هوموس در مرکز و چهار جهت اصلی روشنهها و نمونهبرداری برای برخی آزمایشهای شیمیایی بهروش نمونههای ترکیبی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که روشنههای تاجپوشش ازنظر ضخامت لایه هوموس اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. ضرایب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که با افزایش ضخامت لایه هوموس، مقدار ازت کل (درصد)، فسفر و کربن آلی (درصد) کاهش یافت. ضخامت لایه هوموس در مرکز روشنهها کمتر از حاشیه روشنهها بود و بیشترین میانگین ضخامت لایه هوموس در جهت شمال جغرافیایی مشاهده شد. بهطور کلی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که روشنههای ناشی از اجرای عملیات بهرهبرداری بعد از هشت سال بر عمق لایه هوموس در جنگل راش مؤثر بودند که بهنوبه خود بیانگر اهمیت و نقش روشنهها در بومسازگان جنگل است.

مقایسه رشد و موفقیت کاج الدار (Pinus eldarica Medw.) در تودههای خالص و مخلوط با اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus camadulensis Dehnh.) در جنگلکاریهای پارک شهید پایدار اردکان
در پژوهش پیشرو درختان کاج الدار (Pinus eldarica Medw.) در تودههای خالص (با دو تراکم) و مخلوط با اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus camadulensis Dehnh.)ازنظر رویش، ابعاد و وضعیت کیفی بررسی و مقایسه شدند. بدینمنظور نمونهبرداری بهروش منظم- تصادفی انجام شد و مشخصات کمی توده سرپا شامل قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع و قطر تاج بههمراه صفات کیفی ازجمله دوشاخگی، پوسیدگی و پیچیدگی تنه اندازهگیری و ثبت شدند و براساس آنها ضریب پایداری، سطح مقطع در ارتفاع برابر سینه، حجم و رویش مشخصات کمی محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تجزیه واریانس و برای مقایسه میانگینها از آزمون دانکن استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ازنظر تمام صفات بهاستثنای ارتفاع کل و رویش ارتفاعی، اختلاف معنیداری بین تودهها وجود داشت. بر این اساس، توده مخلوط نسبت به دو توده خالص ازنظر مقادیر مشخصات کمی برتر بود. میزان پایداری، قطر و رویش قطری، حجم و رویش حجمی، رویه زمینی و رویش آن و سطح تاج در این توده بیشتر بود و تنها ازنظر میانگین رویش ارتفاعی و ارتفاع کل اختلاف وجود نداشت. ازنظر ارتفاع تنه نیز توده خالص و متراکم کاج بیشترین هرس طبیعی و تنه بدون شاخه را داشت. بیشترین پیچیدگی تنه و دوشاخگی در توده مخلوط و بیشترین پوسیدگی در توده خالص و متراکم مشاهده شد. بهطور کلی کاشت این گونه بهطور مخلوط ارجحیت دارد که بهدلیل استفاده بهتر از ظرفیت رویشگاه است و ازنظر زیباییشناختی و محیط زیستی نیز مورد تأیید است.
