ارزیابی تأثیر مسیر چوبکشی بر تغییرات پهنای دوایر سالیانه راش (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) و توسکای ییلاقی (Alnus subcordata C. A. Mey.) حاشیه مسیر (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای اسالم، سری یک ناو)
ایجاد مسیرچوبکشی همراه با اثراتی بر درختان حاشیه آن است. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف ارزیابی تغییرات پهنای دوایر سالیانه درختان راش و توسکای ییلاقی حاشیه مسیر نسبت به درختان شاهد داخل توده در سری یک ناو اسالم انجام شد. چهل نمونه از درختان همسال راش و توسکا حاشیه مسیر و داخل توده که در اثر عملیات بهرهبرداری قطع شده بودند، بهطور تصادفی انتخاب و از آنها دیسک تهیه شد. دیسکها با دستگاه سمبادهزن برقی بهطور کامل صیقل داده شدند و پهنای دوایر سالیانه آنها با دقت 0/10 میلیمتر اندازه گیری شد. بررسی اثر گونه (در دو سطح راش و توسکا) و موقعیت (با دو سطح کنار جاده و داخل توده) بر متوسط پهنای رویش سالیانه با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس دوعامله در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین پهنای دوایر سالیانه درختان حاشیه مسیر چوبکشی نسبت به درختان شاهد بیشتر بود که این اختلاف برای راش و توسکا بهترتیب 0/20 و 0/38 میلیمتر بهدست آمد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر مستقل گونه و موقعیت بر متوسط پهنای رویش سالیانه معنیدار بود، اما اثر متقابل آنها معنیدار نبود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که افزایش رویش درختان حاشیه مسیر، تا حدودی میتواند حجم از دست رفته در اثر ایجاد مسیر را جبران کند.

مقایسه برخی مشخصههای کمی قطعه مدیریتشده به روش دانگ واحد با قطعه شاهد (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای سری سه سنگده)
طرح جنگلداری سنگده در سال 1348 در قالب شیوه پناهی به اجرا درآمد و برش نهایی بین سالهای 1370 تا 1374 انجام شد. این پژوهش بهمنظور مقایسه برخی مشخصههای کمی قطعه شاهد و یکی از قطعات دانگ واحد با نمونهبرداری به روش منظم- تصادفی و ابعاد شبکه 150×100 متر در جنگلهای سری سه طرح جنگلداری مذکور انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین موجودی در هکتار قطعه شاهد و دانگ بهترتیب 464/27 و 240/95 سیلو، میانگین تعداد در هکتار، 232 و 599 اصله، متوسط سطح مقطع در هکتار، 31/69 و 22/74 متر مربع، میانگین قطر درختان، 39/9 و 21 سانتیمتر، متوسط ارتفاع، 28/3 و 21/27 متر و ساختار جنگل در قطعه شاهد دو و سهاشکوبه بود، اما در دانگ یک و دواشکوبه بود. متوسط تعداد در هکتار پایههای با قطر کمتر از 12/5 سانتیمتر (زادآوری) در قطعه شاهد 1487 و در دانگ 715 اصله بود که بهجز در طبقه قطری 7/5 تا 12/5 سانتیمتر، در طبقههای دیگر فراوانی پایهها در دانگ نسبت به قطعه شاهد کمتر بود. در مورد متوسط موجودی، تراکم، سطح مقطع، قطر و ارتفاع درختان، بین قطعه شاهد و دانگ واحد اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت، بنابراین با اینکه در برخی از مشخصهها نتایج مورد انتظار بهدست آمد و شیوه مذکور بهنسبت موفق عمل کرده بود، اما با توجه به وجود پایههای مادری و زادآوری پیشبجا و آمیختگی، نتایج مورد انتظار بهدلیل نحوه و دقت اجرای آن با شرایط مطلوب تا حدودی فاصله داشت.

تأثیر آلودگی هوا بر ریختشناسی برگ گونههای زبانگنجشک (Fraxinus rotundifolia Mill.)، چنار (Platanus orientalis L.) و افرا زینتی (Acer negundo L.) (پژوهش موردی: شهر ارومیه)
امروزه افزایش غلظت آلایندههای هوا در شهرهای بزرگ تبدیل به مشکل بزرگی شده است که میتواند بر ویژگیهای ریختشناسی و فیزیولوژی اندامهای درختان بهویژه برگ آنها تأثیر بگذارد. بهمنظور مطالعه این تأثیر، ابتدا با استفاده از اطلاعات ایستگاههای هواسنجی (ثابت و سیار) سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست استان آذربایجان غربی، اقدام به انتخاب پنج منطقه با آلودگیهای متفاوت شد. در مردادماه 1392 بهطور تصادفی پنج درخت از سه گونه زبانگنجشک (Fraxinus rotundifolia Mill.)، چنار (Platanus orientalis L.) و افرازینتی (Acer negundo L.) در هر منطقه گزینش شدند. سپس برگها از درختان مورد نظر جمعآوری و بلافاصله برای اندازهگیری صفات طول دمبرگ، طول پهنک، بیشینه عرض پهنک و سطح برگ به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. در اردیبهشت 1393 دوباره برگها از درختان انتخابشده،جمعآوری شدند و اندازهگیریها تکرار شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمونهای تجزیه واریانس، دانکن و t جفتی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که صفات ریختشناسی برگ هر سه گونه مورد بررسی بهطور معنیداری در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحت تأثیر آلایندههای هوا قرار دارند و میزان تأثیر آلایندههای هوا بر صفات ریختشناسی برگ هر سه گونه در مردادماه بیشتر از اردیبهشتماه بود.

اثر تنک کردن بر رویش جستگروههای بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) در جنگلهای استان کرمانشاه
از آنجاییکه در جنگلهای شاخهزاد پتانسیل رویشی کنده بین جستهای مختلف در یک جستگروه تقسیم میشود، این پژوهش بهمنظور تعیین پاسخ رویشی جستگروههای بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) به تنک کردن و انتخاب بهترین شدت تنک کردن با توجه به اثر آن بر رویش جستگروهها انجام شد. این پژوهش در قالب طرح آماری کامل تصادفی با چهار تیمار و سه تکرار در جنگل داربادام استان کرمانشاه اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد استفاده شامل تنک کردن سبک، متوسط و سنگین بود که بهترتیب 10، 20 و 30 درصد از سطح مقطع در ارتفاع 0/5 متری جستگروهها تنک شدند و تیمار چهارم بدون دخالت بهعنوان شاهد درنظر گرفته شد. پس از یک دوره پنجساله، با محاسبه رویش قطری، ارتفاعی و سطح تاج جستگروههای باقیمانده در هر تیمار، تأثیر تنک کردن بر رویش آنها بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنک کردن سنگین، تأثیر معنیداری بر افزایش رویش متغیرهای سطح تاج و سطح مقطع جستگروهها داشته است، اما در مورد متغیرهای قطر جستگروه و ارتفاع جستگروه، تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. براساس نتایج، بهترین شدت تنک کردن مربوط به تنک کردن سنگین با حذف 30 درصد از سطح مقطع جستهای یک جستگروه بود که میتواند در کارهای اجرایی درنظر گرفته شود.

ارزیابی عملکرد خرمنکوب با دو نوع تیغه در تولید کمپوست برای نهالستانهای جنگلی
بقایای گیاهی نهالستانهای جنگلی یکی از مناسبترین و در دسترسترین مواد اولیه برای تولید کمپوست بهمنظور تقویت و اصلاح خاک است. اندازه مواد اولیه در مدت زمان تولید کمپوست و کیفیت آن تأثیر زیادی دارد. ماشینهای زیادی برای خرد کردن مواد وجود دارد. مکانیزم، در دسترس بودن و سهولت کار با خرمنکوب، این ماشین را دستگاهی مطلوب برای این منظور کرده است. پژوهش پیشرو با هدف طراحی و ساخت دو نوع تیغه با لبه صاف و لبه تیز با قابلیت بهکارگیری در سیستم خرمنکوب موجود و خرد کردن ضایعات گیاهی در نهالستانها و باغها انجام شد. تیمار بقایای گیاهی در شش سطح شامل مخروط کاج، سرشاخههای پهنبرگ، سرشاخه کاج، گیاهان خشبی، گیاهان علفی و سوزن کاج و تیمار نوع تیغه شامل دو نوع لبه صاف و لبه تیز انتخاب شد و عملکرد آنها در سه تکرار ارزیابی شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که عملکرد تیغه با لبه تیز برای بیشتر نمونهها مناسبتر از تیغه لبه صاف بود. بقایای گیاهی مختلف در زمانهای متفاوت و به ابعاد مختلفی خرد شدند که اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. عملکرد زمانی تیغه لبه تیز با میانگین 0/069290 کیلوگرم در ثانیه از تیغه لبه صاف با میانگین 0/035661 کیلوگرم در ثانیه بهمراتب بهتر بود. تیغه لبه تیز بهترین عملکرد زمانی را با میانگین 1321/0 کیلوگرم در ثانیه برای خرد کردن مخروط کاج داشت. بهطور کلی هر چه ضایعات گیاهی یکنواختتر و شکنندهتر بودند، در زمان کوتاهتری خرد شدند. درمجموع، سیستم خرمنکوب با تیغههای طراحیشده از بازده قابل قبولی برای تبدیل ضایعات گیاهی برخوردار بود.

ارزیابی الگوی پراکنش پایههای خشکیده بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl.) در جنگلهای منطقه تلگاه یاسوج
در پژوهش پیشرو یک توده جنگلی به وسعت حدود 25 هکتار در منطقه تلگاه در نزدیکی شهر یاسوج برای ارزیابی الگوی پراکنش مکانی درختان خشکیده بلوط ایرانی (Quercus brantii Lindl) بررسی شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات کمی و کیفی، از روشهای قطعهنمونه با مساحت ثابت و روش نمونهبرداری خوشهای انطباقی استفاده شد. مشخصات کمی کلیه درختان بلوط خشکیده موجود در منطقه مورد مطالعه با استفاده از 65 قطعهنمونه 10 آری بههمراه مشخصات سایر درختان سالم موجود در قطعات نمونه، آماربرداری شد، بهنحویکه هر درخت خشکیده احتمالی در هر قطعهنمونه، خود مرکز قطعهنمونه دیگری بود. علاوهبر مختصات جغرافیایی درختان خشکیده، قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع کل و قطر تاج درختان در هر قطعهنمونه اندازهگیری شد. برای کمی کردن الگوی پراکنش درختان خشکیده از شاخصهای جانسون- زیمر، ابرهارت و پیلو که براساس فاصله نقطه نمونهبرداری تا فرد (درخت) استوار هستند و از شاخصهای نسبت واریانس به میانگین، موریسیتا و استانداردشده موریسیتا که برمبنای بهکارگیری قطعات نمونه هستند، استفاده شد. تمام شاخصهای مربوط به قطعهنمونه، الگوی کپهای را برای درختان خشکیده نشان دادند. از میان شاخصهای فاصلهای، شاخص جانسون- زیمر و ابرهارت الگوی کپهای و شاخص پیلو الگوی یکنواخت را نشان دادند.

پژوهش پیشرو با استفاده از روش خوشهبندی کاهنده در سیستم عصبی- فازی تطبیقی به ارایه مدلی برای برآورد میزان خطای جهت افت درخت در قطع هدایتشده میپردازد. بدین منظور 95 اصله درخت در پارسل 207 سری دو حوضه آبخیز ناو توسط اکیپ عملیات قطع و صرفنظر از مهارت اره موتورچیها، قطع شدند. اختلاف جهت پیشبینیشده و جهت افت واقعی درختان بهعنوان خطای افت اندازهگیری شد. با درنظر گرفتن 12 عامل بهعنوان عاملهای مؤثر در میزان خطای افت و با بهکارگیری دو نوع الگوریتم یادگیری، دو نوع تابع استنتاج و پنج نوع تابع عضویت برای متغیرهای ورودی، مدلهای مختلف عصبی- فازی با روش خوشهبندی کاهنده ساخته و ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تابع عضویت ذوزنقهای در ترکیب با سیستم استنتاج سوگنو مرتبه یک و الگوریتم یادگیری پس انتشار خطا بهترین عملکرد را در میان کلیه ترکیبات مورد نظر داشتهاند. تحلیل حساسیت مدل نشان داد که مهمترین عاملها بهترتیب شیب زمین، زاویه سطح بنبری و بنزنی در امتداد حاشیه برش، قطر و زاویه دهانه بنزنی بودهاند و بقیه عاملها تأثیر کمتری داشتهاند. نتایج برآورد مدل نشان داد که گمان گروه قطع در تعیین انتخاب جهت افت درخت در شرایط پرشیبتر به واقعیت نزدیکتر بود. بهعلاوه، افزایش قطر درخت و باز کردن بیش از حد دهانه بنزنی با افزایش خطای قطع همراه بود.

الگوی مکانی و کنش متقابل دارمازو (Quercus infectoria Oliv.) و ویول (Q. libani Oliv.) در دو توده کمتر دستخورده و تخریبشده (مطالعه موردی: جنگلهای خدرآباد سردشت)
الگوی پراکنش مکانی و کنش متقابل بین گونههای گیاهی برای درک روابط بینگونهای و گونه- محیط از اهمیت بهسزایی برخوردار است. باتوجه به اهمیت جنگلهای زاگرس و نقش مطالعات الگوی پراکنش مکانی در شناخت و مدیریت رویشگاههای جنگلی، پژوهش پیشرو به بررسی الگوی پراکنش مکانی دو گونه دارمازو (Quercus infectoria Oliv.)و ویول(Quercus libani Oliv.) پرداخت. در جنگلهای خدرآباد آذربایجان غربی دو توده تخریبشده و کمتر دستخورده هر کدام به مساحت پنج هکتار انتخاب شده و آماربرداری صددرصد شدند. مختصات دکارتی همه درختان موجود در هر دو توده محاسبه و درنهایت نقشه مکانی ترسیم شد. بهمنظور تحلیل الگوهای پراکنش مکانی و کنش متقابل گونهها از تابع K رایپلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی مکانی در توده کمتر دستخورده با استفاده از تابع برای دارمازو کپهای و برای ویول کپهای متمایل به تصادفی و با استفاده از تابع برای هر دو گونه کپهای متمایل به تصادفی بود. الگوی مکانی در توده تخریبشده نیز برای هر دو گونه با استفاده از هر دو تابع بهصورت کپهای بود. در توده کمتر دستخورده با استفاده از هر دو تابع، کنش متقابل دو گونه مورد بررسی در مقیاسهای کوچک جاذبه بود و در مقیاسهای بزرگتر حضور گونهها بهصورت مستقل از هم درآمد. شکل کنش در توده تخریبشده با استفاده از هر دو تابع در همه مقیاسها بهصورت جاذبهای بود، بنابراین توصیه میشود در جنگلکاریهای احیایی از آمیختگی فردی استفاده شود.

فرصتها و تهدیدها در بهرهبرداری از محصولات غیرچوبی در جنگلهای شهرستان بانه
در جنگلهای زاگرس جنبههای محیط زیستی، حفاظتی، جلوگیری از فرسایش و پتانسیل تولید محصولات غیرچوبی دارای ارزش بیشتری نسبت به تولید چوب هستند. هدف از این پژوهش سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی بهرهبرداری از محصولات غیرچوبی گزو، مازوج و بذر برودار بود. برای انجام این پژوهش سامانهای عرفی گندمان، میرحسام و کوخ مامو از روستاهای توابع بخش آرمرده شهرستان بانه استان کردستان انتخاب شدند. به کمک نظرسنجی از دستاندرکاران بومسازگان بهشیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند، تحلیل چهارگانه سوآت انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 12 نفر از جوامع محلی و 18 نفر از کارشناسان خبره و صاحبنظر بودند. براساس نتایج تحلیل سوآت و ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی برای محصولات غیرچوبی مورد پژوهش، راهبرد مدیریتی (تهاجمی، رقابتی، تدافعی یا محافظهکارانه) مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که برای بهرهبرداری گزو مهمترین قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید بهترتیب عبارت بودند از: پذیرش اجتماعی جوامع محلی، فرسایش خاک، کاهش مهاجرت روستا به شهر و آلودگی ناشی از ریزگردها. در رابطه با بهرهبرداری گال مازوج این موارد بهترتیب شامل اشتغال و درآمد بیشتر اعضای خانوار، جمعآوری توسط افراد غیربومی و آسیب به جنگل، کاهش مهاجرت از روستا به شهر، وجود دلالان و عدم وجود شرکتهای تعاونی بهرهبرداری محصولات غیرچوبی بودند. همچنین مهمترین قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید برای جمعآوری بذر برودار بهترتیب عبارت بودند از: تأمین خوراک دام روستاییان، احتمال از بین رفتن زادآوری دانهزاد جنگل، ایجاد معیشت جایگزین و به خطر افتادن استمرار و پایداری جنگل. درنهایت، با تحلیل نظرات کارشناسان، راهبرد مدیریتی تهاجمی برای بهرهبرداری از محصول غیرچوبی گزو و مازو و راهبرد مدیریتی رقابتی برای بهرهبرداری از بذر درختان برودار ارایه شد.

بررسی دقت برآورد ترسیب کربن روی زمینی پلت (Acer velutinum Bioss.) در جنگلهای هیرکانی با استفاده از روشهای تخریبی و غیرتخریبی
خشکسالی و بحران محیط زیستی ناشی از پدیده گرمایش زمین و تغییرات اقلیم یکی از مهمترین چالشهای عصر حاضر محسوب میشود. از آنجاییکه جذب دیاکسیدکربن اتمسفر بهعنوان مهمترین عامل گرمایش زمین در اکوسیستمهای جنگلی بسیار مهم است، برآورد صحیح ترسیب کربن در اجزای درختان یکی از راهحلهای مهم برای برنامهریزی و مدیریت بحران پیشرو است. در پژوهش پیشرو 20 درخت پلت (Acer velutinum Bioss.) با حداکثر چهار تکرار در طبقات قطری مختلف در جنگلهای اشتروش چمستان انتخاب شدند و پس از قطع به دو قسمت تنه و تاج تقسیمبندی شدند. سپس چگالی ویژه و ضریب کربن بخشهای مختلف آنها بهدست آمد. برآورد روش غیرتخریبی ترسیب کربن از حاصلضرب حجم بخشهای مختلف (تنه، تاج)، چگالی ویژه و ضریب کربن بهدست آمد. مدلسازی آلومتریک نیز با استفاده از روش توزین کلیه بخشهای استحصالشده با استفاده از اندازهگیری ضریب خشکی هر بخش انجام شد. نتایج بهدستآمده از آزمون تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ضریب کربن اندازهگیریشده بین بخشهای مختلف درخت معنیدار نبود، در صورتیکه تغییرات چگالی ویژه بین تاج و بخشهای پایینی و میانی تنه درختان معنیدار بود. مدلسازی آلومتریک نشان داد که مدل نمایی بازتبدیلی شامل قطر برابر سینه و قطر تاج بهعنوان مدل بهینه با حداکثر دقت پیشبینی ترسیب کربن روی زمینی درختان پلت بود. برای مقایسه دقت برآورد روشهای مذکور، نتایج بهدستآمده از آزمون t جفتی بین مشاهدات و برآورد بهدستآمده از روش غیرتخریبی نشان داد که برآورد ترسیب کربن روی زمینی (زیتوده تنه + زیتوده تاج) درختان پلت دارای عدم قطعیت زیاد و غیر قابل اعتماد بود. درمقابل، نتایج آزمون t جفتی بین خروجیهای کلیه مدلها و مشاهدات نشان داد که آلومتریک بهینه ترسیب کربن روی زمینی درختان پلت با حداکثر اعتماد دارای قطعیت برآورد بود.

اثر تلقیح قارچهای میکوریزی و باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens بر رشد و زندهمانی گیاهچههای بهدستآمده از کشت بافت انگور فرنگی خراسانی ( Ribes khorasanicum Saghafi & Assadi)
یکی از گونههای بومی و ارزشمند خراسان رضوی، انگورفرنگی خراسانی یا قرهقات ( Ribes khorasanicum Saghafi & Assadi) است که در ارتفاعات رشته کوه هزارمسجد در محدوده کوچکی از شهرستانهای درگز و کلات بهصورت تودههای پراکنده وجود دارد. این گونه بهدلیل دخالتهای انسانی، نیاز اکولوژیکی زیاد و قوه نامیه کم بذر آن، در حال از بین رفتن است. هدف از پژوهش پیشرو بررسی نقش میکروارگانیسمهای همزیست در بهبود رشد و زندهمانی گیاهچههای بهدستآمده از کشت بافت قرهقات بود. بدین منظور آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل قارچ میکوریزی (فاقد میکوریز، تلقیح گونههای Rhizophagus intraradices، Glomus mosseae، Rhizophagus intraradices + Glomus mosseaeو قارچهای جداسازی شده از رویشگاه) و تیمار باکتری (فاقد باکتری و تلقیح باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens) بودند. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که تلقیح باکتری باعث بهبود درصد زندهمانی، سطح تاج و تعداد برگ گیاهچهها شد. همچنین تلقیح قارچهای میکوریزی استخراجشده از رویشگاه باعث بهبود درصد استقرار میکوریز در ریشه گیاهچهها، درصد زندهمانی، ارتفاع، سطح تاج و تعداد برگ گیاهچهها شد. ترکیب قارچهای میکوریزی Rhizophagus intraradices +Glomus mosseaeنیز باعث بهبود درصد زندهمانی نهالها شد. در مجموع میتوان گفت که تلقیح قارچ و باکتری باعث بهبود سازگاری گیاهچهها به شرایط خارج شیشه شده است.

مقایسه روشهای آماربرداری برای تعیین تنوع گونههای چوبی در جنگلهای زاگرس شمالی (پژوهش موردی: جنگلهای بلکه بانه)
تنوع گونههای چوبی برای آگاهی از تغییرات موجود در اکوسیستمهای جنگلی برآورد میشود که لازمه آن جمعآوری اطلاعات کمی و کیفی مناسب با استفاده از آماربرداری جنگل است. هدف پژوهش پیشرو تعیین مناسبترین روش نمونهبرداری برای برآورد تنوع گونههای چوبی در جنگلهای زاگرس شمالی بود. برای این منظور 40 هکتار از جنگل سامان عرفی روستای بلکه انتخاب شد و در آن 40 قطعهنمونه مربعی هر کدام به مساحت یک هکتار (100×100 متر) انتخاب شدند. در هر قطعهنمونه اطلاعات مربوط به گونه، مختصات مکانی درختان، تعداد درختان و قطر بزرگ و کوچک تاج همه درختان ثبت شد. دادههای آماربرداری صددرصد در نرمافزار Arc GIS وارد شدند و نقشه پراکنش درختان بهدست آمد. روشهای نمونهبرداری با قطعات نمونه مستطیلی به ابعاد 50×20 متر، خطنمونه 100 متری و 50 متری و همچنین روش مربعی با ابعاد 10×10 متر، 15×15 متر، 20×20 متر و 40×40 متر در شبکه آماربرداری 100×100 پیاده شدند و نتایج آنها با آماربرداری صددرصد مقایسه شد. برای مقایسه از معیار T ×%E2 استفاده شد. همچنین از شاخصهای تنوع شانون- وینر، سیمپسون، غنای مارگالف و منهنیک برای مقایسه روشهای نمونهبرداری مربعی استفاده شد. براساس نتایج، مناسبترین روش برای برآورد مشخصههای تعداد در هکتار و درصد تاجپوشش درختان منطقه، بهترتیب روش مربعی با ابعاد 40×40 متر و روش مربعی با ابعاد 20×20 متر بود.

ارزیابی رشد نهالهای نسل اول (F1) دورگهای بید در خزانه آزمایشی کرج
درختان بید (Salix L.) بهطور طبیعی در حاشیه رودخانهها و درهها در استانهای کشور انتشار دارند که نقش ارزندهای در حفاظت اراضی حاشیه رودخانهای و تولید زیتوده ایفا میکنند. هدف از پژوهش پیشرو ارزیابی رشد نهالهای دورگهای بهدستآمده از تلاقی سه گونه بید و مقایسه آنها با والد بود. نهالهای دورگ بهدستآمده از تلاقیS. alba x S. alba ، S. alba x S. fragilis و S. alba x S. excelsانتخاب و در فروردین 1391 به مزرعه منتقل شدند. در مرحله اول، دورگهای برتر براساس ویژگیهای رویشی انتخاب شدند و در مرحله دوم ارزیابی نهالهای دورگ بههمراه نهالهای والد آنها از طریق کاشت قلمه انجام شد. صفات رویشی در هر دو مرحله شامل زندهمانی، قطر در ارتفاع 30 سانتیمتری از زمین، ارتفاع، تعداد شاخههای بلندتر از نیم متر و ویژگی کیفی ساقه بود. نتایج نشان داد که هفت دورگ از تلاقی S. alba x S. alba، هفت دورگ از تلاقی S. alba x S. excelsو دو دورگ از تلاقی S. alba x S. fragilisاز رشد قطری و ارتفاعی و نیز فرم ساقه مناسبی برخودار بودند. میانگین رشد قطری و ارتفاعی دورگهای کاشتهشده از طریق قلمه نشان داد که دو کلن دورگ S. alba x S. albaبا بیشتر از 7/1 سانتیمتر قطر و دو متر ارتفاع بیشترین رشد را نسبت به والد داشتند. همچنین چهار کلن دورگ از تلاقی S. alba x S. excelsو یک دورگ از تلاقی S. alba x S. fragilisاز نظر رشد در گروه اول قرار گرفتند.

بررسی خصوصیات فنولوژیک موخور (Loranthus europaeus Jacq.) بهمنظور مدیریت زمانی کنترل آن
شناخت خصوصیات فنولوژی گیاه نیمهانگلی موخور (Loranthus europaeus Jacq.)گامی اساسی برای مدیریت کنترل آن در زمان مناسب است. برای این منظور جنگلهای بلوط دامنه جنوبی کوه مانشت واقع در میانتنگ هیانان در شمال شرقی شهر ایلام انتخاب شد. در منطقه مورد مطالعه سه منطقه تحقیقاتی در ارتفاعات 1600 تا 1800، 1800 تا 2000 و 2000 تا 2200 متر از سطح دریا درنظر گرفته شد. در هر منطقه پنج درخت بلوط ایرانی مبتلا به موخور گزینش شدند و پایش صفات فنولوژی آنها طی پنج سال انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که صفات فنولوژی موخور متأثر از موقعیت ارتفاعی بود. پدیدههای فنولوژیک در ارتفاعات پایین با اختلاف چندروز زودتر از ارتفاعات بالاتر رخ داد. همچنین زمان ظهور پدیدههای فنولوژیک و بازه زمانی آنها در سالهای متوالی با هم تفاوت داشت. براساس نتایج ظهور پدیدههای فنولوژیک در ارتفاعات مختلف و سالهای مختلف، میتوان گفت که زمان پیش از رسیدن میوه که تا مردادماه است، مناسبترین زمان برای قطع موخور است. در صورت توجه به زمان مناسب قطع، میتوان پیش از رسیدن میوه موخور به حذف مطمئن کپههای موخور از روی درختان بلوط ایرانی کمک کرد و از بروز مشکلات جمعآوری و حذف میوههای موخور و احتمال پراکنش بعدی بذرها جلوگیری کرد.

هدف از پژوهش پیشرو، ارزیابی نتایج بانک بذر خاک در جنگل جلگهای دانشگاه تربیت مدرس با استفاده از دو روش با شستشو و بدون شستشو بود. برای این منظور، چهار قطعهنمونه 40×40 متر مربعی که هریک شامل چهار قاب فرعی 400 متر مربعی بودند، بهعنوان توده معرف انتخاب شدند. نمونهبرداری از پوشش گیاهی روزمینی در 16 قطعهنمونه 400 متر مربعی در دو زمان اسفند و خرداد انجام شد. مطالعه بانک بذر خاک نیز با استفاده از روش کشت گلخانهای بهمدت هفت ماه براساس 64 (2 روش × 4 قطعهنمونه × 4 تکرار × 2 عمق صفر تا پنج و پنج تا 10 سانتیمتری) نمونه خاک 40×40 سانتیمتر مربعی انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از طرح قطعهنمونههای خردشده در مکان در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که اندازه و غنای گونهای بانک بذر خاک در روش بدون شستشو (در عمق اول 63 گونه و 1872 بذر در هر متر مربع و در عمق دوم 46 گونه و 975 بذر در هر متر مربع) بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از روش با شستشو (در عمق اول 45 گونه و 1137 بذر در هر متر مربع و در عمق دوم 33 گونه و 699 بذر در هر متر مربع) بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که در هر دو روش مطالعه، با افزایش عمق خاک از درجه تشابه گونهای بانک بذر خاک و پوشش گیاهی متناظر کاسته میشود، اما در این رابطه نتایج این دو روش با یکدیگر اختلاف معنیداری را نشان نداد. بهطور کلی نتایج پژوهش پیشرو نشان داد که در مطالعه بانک بذر خاک استفاده از روش کشت گلخانهای بدون شستشو نسبت به روش با شستشو بهدلیل ارایه نتایج بهتر در اولویت است.

تبیین معیارها و شاخصهای مدیریت پایدار جنگل (منطقه مورد مطالعه: ناو اسالم، استان گیلان)
همسو با این موضوع که پایداری بهعنوان یک اصل اولیه در مدیریت جنگلها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد، اتکا بر ابزاری کاربردی که مکانیسم این پایداری را مشخص و کمی کند، لازم است. اگرچه معیارها و شاخصهای متعددی با ساختار کلی مشابه در سطح بین المللی توسعه یافته است، اما چالش اصلی امروز بومیسازی معیارها و شاخصها و عملیاتی کردن آنها در سطح ملی، منطقهای و محلی برای اجرای مدیریت پایدار جنگل است. هدف پژوهش پیشرو، تبیین و ارایه معیارها و شاخصهای مناسب مدیریت پایدار جنگل، در حوضه ناو اسالم استان گیلان بود. برمبنای چهار فرآیند جهانی مونترال، هلسینکی، خاور نزدیک (که توسط فائو ارایه شده) و همچنین معیارها و شاخصهای ارایهشده توسط CIFOR و با استفاده از روش تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره و فرآیند تحلیل شبکه، فهرستی از شاخصها و معیارهای مناسب برای منطقه مورد مطالعه انتخاب و اولویتبندی شد. فهرست منتخب شامل 11 معیار و 65 شاخص بود. از این تعداد بهترتیب پنج، دو و چهار معیار مربوط به رویکردهای اکولوژی، اقتصادی- اجتماعی و مدیریتی بودند. نتایج مربوط به وزن نهایی و اولویتهای شاخصهای منتخب نشان داد که شاخصهای جنگلهای طبیعی با زادآوری مطلوب، نشانهگذاری اصولی درختان محصول و بذری و موازنه بین رویش و برداشت چوب، مهمترین شاخصهای توسعه پایدار جنگل در منطقه اسالم بودند. در انتهای فهرست نیز شاخصهای ورود و بومیسازی فنآوریهای مناسب، ایجاد ظرفیت برای اجرای اسناد بینالمللی و پراکنش اکوسیستمهای جنگلی قرار داشتند.
